Lovely accommodation - very well presented, great location just a minute's walk from the quay and pub, and so very peaceful at night (and no street lights so no light pollution either!). The only fault was no storage, but that doesn't matter on a short break.
Lovely place to stay had 4 nights here Doreen makes you feel so much at home would definitely recommend
Everything thought of and everything of a high quality. A very nice place to stay.
Doreen is a friendly and attentive host.
Cheap parking (£6 for the weekend) very close by.
A great location for exploring Chichester Harbour and the South Downs.
Recommend the Anchor Bleu for a great view of the harbour and decent pub food.
A very nice place to escape to for a short break. We felt very cosy here - well situated with a great cafe with great views of the harbour just around the corner.

A really wonderful weekend away near the south coast. The studio is fab, Doreen has really thought of everything and the small details are great. All the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Doreen came over on the Saturday afternoon to check we were ok and had everything we needed and then left us to enjoy the rest of our stay but nothing was too much trouble.
We had a lovely walk around Bosham on the Saturday...taking in the harbour and some of the lovely property and views. Butlers is a fab fish and chip shop about 5 mins drive and 2 coops down the road (3 and 5 mins). There is a small cafe and shop at the end of the road from the studio. On Sunday we drove to Portsmouth, 14 miles away and had a lovely walk around...well worth a visit!
The studio really is a great base for relaxing and exploring the south coast, whilst also being cosy, private and cost effective.
