I stayed at hotel Leila in a family room (1 bedroom + kitchen/living room) for one night in September when I attended a wedding in Kristiinankaupunki.
The owner was very friendly, showing us precisely how to get to the church, where breakfast was served etc. (By the way: the breakfast café is by no means as far away as 1 km, according to google maps it is a 200 m walk). Kristiinankaupunki is such a small town that you could easily walk anywhere within 15 minutes.
The hotel provided service at least three languages (Finnish, Swedish & English), quite impressive for a small town in the countryside!
In my opinion, the beds were comfortable, but softness is of course a matter of personal preference.
The hotel was opened four years ago (I think), and is very cosy and has that special "family owned"-feeling to it. The entire hotel was very clean and decorations suited the old building very well.
The room was equipped with cooking facilities (incl. a dishwasher), 2 tv:s (one in each room), free wifi, a selection of tea and biscuits etc. Plenty of towels in the bathroom, 2 bathrobes, extra pillows and blankets in the cupboards.
I really liked the adjustable underfloor heating in the very large (and very clean!) bathroom. You could choose how warm you wanted the floor to be, a nice detail when it's raining outside.
I definitely liked Hotel Leila, and would recommend it to anyone!
