Nghia and Zonitrip simply don’t disappoint. This is the second time I’ve had the pleasure to hit the road with her and like the first time around it was as wonderful to be in her company and discover yet another part of Viet Nam.
What makes Nghia stand out is not only her goal to create an individual itinerary but her own curiosity and thus never ending desire and journey to learn about her country and its people; finding out about new things together with her guests each time she’s out exploring the beautiful north. It truly feels like you are traveling with a peer and friend rather than "just a guide".
Nghia cares about the local communities, seeking to support them in carefully choosing their homestays and introducing you to their lives and causes. By connecting you to the locals she’s making your travel not only about the landscapes and nature but also about the people who live in it – giving you more context and an overall better understanding and longer lasting impressions.
From my first travels with her two years ago I can now happily say that she’s become part of my family. Don’t hesitate, go on an adventure with her!

We have spent 10 days in Vietnam and for organizing our trip we chose Zonitrip agency based on a good reference of our friend in our country.

Overall, the responsiveness of the travelling agent was perfect, I knew I could rely on her and that we would always receive a prompt response which was important especially when getting closer to our departure to Vietnam. Moreover, during our trip we could still text her on whattsup when some unexpected events occured which was also important

The suggested places to visit were in most cases very interesting and some of them extremely memorable such as visit of caves in Phong Nha national park and a walk through the Vietnamese jungle. We were really excited despite the bad weather. The visit of the historic city Hoi An was amazing, as well as the cooking class. The tour guide in Hoi An and Hue was lovely, really friendly. Other toug gudies were good, too.

To be fair there some weaker moments where there could be a space for improvement. Right after our arrival to Vietnamese airport there was a bit messy situation and we didn´t know that there was neither a possibility to pay the visa fees by credit card nor cash machine to withdraw money. Eventually we collected the money together luckily but as we didn´t count on having some extra money available before entering the country it was a bit stressful and would be better to be prepared for it in advance. Secondly, the visit of strawberry farm (few meters long strawberry bed aside of a family house) and other farms in Dalat were not something extraordinary for us as Europeans, it was rather boring unlike in case of tea and coffee farm & factory which was really interesting and I would recommend it. There was also a little misunderstanding at an airport when we had to pay an additional fee for a luggage for check-in which was not included in the price even thought we thought so.Last but not least, even though noone can control the weather forecast it is good to prepare good back-up plans in case the weather does not work out. This didn´t quite happen when going to Cu Lao Cham island where we were supposed to go snorkelling. This plan was cancelled for obvious reasons due to weather conditions but as an alternative we were sent to visit only the fishing village and went for a very same boat cruise we did the day before, we were a bit disappointed. However, everyone makes mistakes and in the light of the wonderful vacation we had in VN these were rather details.

Zoni Trip is an outstanding company. They are easy to work with and customize the tour for us. Quick response time! Unfortunately, our tour needs to cancel due to the Coronavirus. The refund process is quick and easy. I am sad that we can't tour with Zoni Trip. We definitely will come back!

Wow.... What can we say about the trip we have just completed with Zonitrip? We are a couple in our sixties from the UK and we like to think that we are fairly active. From the outset when Nghia and her husband picked us up from our hotel we were really well looked after and it felt more like touring with friends. All our many questions were answered in detail and Nghia's passion and love for her country soon became apparent. We did various tours in the Northern region stopping off to see caves and waterfalls along the way. Our itinerary was totally flexible so when we saw a village festival for example, we had plenty of time to go and join in. We did a cycle ride and two really enjoyable kayaking trips where the scenery was incredible. Our accommodation was varied from nice hotels to basic, but thoroughly enjoyable "homestays". We really enjoyed the local food which was more than plentiful and really tasty. Nghia gave us a tremendous insight into the true rural life by our "unscheduled" visits to various households who all welcomed us into their homes and showed us great hospitality.
The highlight of our trip was the day we spent on motorbikes in the Dong Van and Meo Vac region. The scenery was incredible and the whole day was great. We have some great photographs and some great memories from this whole trip. If you want to see the real Vietnam and really get off the well beaten tourist track then contact Nghia and she will put together a package for you. Many thanks to Nghia, her husband and the Zonitrip team for a trully memorable experience.
