we were staying only one night as were going somewhere near by for one of the expirences with car photography.
we stayed in a room on the ground floor.
all night all we could here was the people above us moving around in the night it was as if they had decided to pack there suitcase at half 2 in the morning, now usually i am a good sleeper and used to noise outside with living across the road from a train station in the city of liverpool, but this was something else they thuds as if they were going to come through the roof were terrible! the floors r as if they are made of paper!
in the morning around 6 i had had enough! i went to the desk to complain they gave me a refund straight away with appologise i asked if there was any chance of another room for a few hours to catch up on sleep due to having a long day ahead and having a huge drive to north wales that evening. the people were quite rude and said we have given you your money back and no we cant offer you another room now at this time in the morning! i was not impressed and instantly cancelled my morning breakfast and explained i was not spending any of my money with them at all i would prefer to be treated well in a cafe somewhere else. we vacated my room at 8.30 and went in search of a cafe, still no apology for the way i was spoken to when leaving!
horrible will not go there again!

Room Tip: dont go! cant sleep!

This was a repeat visit, mainly because of its location. As previously, we found all aspects to be good. We were a bit surprised that a large window over the stairway was open on a very chilly evening and had to turn up the heating in our room.
Breakfast was good, with fresh ingredients both cooked and ready to eat. The buffet breakfast seemed a bit less varied than previously, but certainly adequate for the price.
We had a drink in the neighbouring Beefeater where it was rather tired and grubby by the end of the evening. We watched a drunken women crawl out and back into the hotel with her partner, and hoped they wouldn't disturb us. They didn't, but there didn't seem to be any staff aware. Presumably there was a CCTV on the reception area and she was actually a guest?

We had the disabled room booked as I use a wheelchair. The bed was too low and not at the 480mm height their policy states which the average seat height of a wheelchair is. In fact this is the average height of most beds anyway, so why have such a low one in the disabled rooms? The duty manager managed to acquire an additional mattress to put on the bed which was adequate for our 3 day stay (it just made it a bit spongier). After getting that sorted, we queued up in the bar lounge for the Beefeater restaurant. It was very busy for a Sunday evening and the wait was too long. We would have been quicker going elsewhere but after the long drive from Fishguard, I was too tired to go out again. The food is good at Beefeaters if you like that char-grilled style so try their early-bird or meal for two options to economise a bit otherwise eat elsewhere for a more relaxed evening.
The room was otherwise excellent and very clean and serviced each day.
On a good service note, the receptionist did make contact with the other Premier Inns we were due to stay at, and arranged that the bed height be the standard height as already mentioned. We were delighted that this was followed through on and we had no problems at the other Inns

An uninspiring looking building on a main road outside central Bristol, but the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, the staff friendly and the breakfast (which was cooked to order) very good. And where else can a family of four stay for £85 including breakfast?

We went there for sunday lunch and both had the roast pork. It should have been called soggy roast pork fat. 65% was horrible fat and it came with 2 broccoli florets, a spoonful of carrots and 3 tiny roast potatoes. I had to pay £15.98 for that mess. Complained to the waitress, who said sorry and walked away. Complained to the restaurant manager on the way out who said sorry but wasn't really interested.DON'T GO THERE.
