We stayed here for one night (a Friday) as we were attending a company function in the hotel's Red Roof Restaurant. They have six motel units behind the hotel (some distance from the main highway). We booked directly by phone and collected our key from the Sports Bar on arrival. A colleague also stayed overnight in the next unit.
Our spacious room had a large bathroom (wheel chair access shower), kitchenette with sink and microwave, electric jug, tea/coffee, fridge, dishes etc. The main room had good drapes, a queen and single bed (with wool blankets), TV, table and two dining chairs. We stayed in Unit 6 which was at the end of the row, tucked behind the hotel and did not hear any highway noise.
Our unit was clean other than some ceiling cobwebs. The bath towels, face flannel, bath mat and hand towel were soft and clean. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner (heating and cooling) worked well. The carpet was a bit ragy at the entrance and rather worn (I believe the units are about six years old). The shower was not great, rather low pressure but it was adequate. We found sitting at the table on the wooden dining chairs rather uncomfortable and an easy chair or two would have been nice.
If you need to stay in Bullsbrook the motel units are a reasonable option. The hotel has a restaurant (Red Roof), Lounge Bar, Sports Bar/TAB and a bottle shop. It is an easy, quick walk to the Bullsbrook shopping centre (Chinese Restaurant, cafe, supermarket etc) and over the road from the RAAF base (Pearce).
At $100 for the night for a couple we did not think it was very good value. As I said if you want to stay in Bullsbrook stay here if you are on your way South to Perth keep going - lots more options there.
