No visit to Santorini would be complete in our opinion without a visit to this wonderful winery, restaurant and cookery school. We were absolute beginners at the creation of authentic cuisine from this beautiful island but our teacher made us welcome and relaxed as she shared the preparation of Santorini salad, fava, tomato fritters and pork loin with Vinsanto reduction. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the class kitchen and produced with a lot of help, some amazing food which we then had served to us in the restaurant with fantastic wine as accompaniament. A memorable and wonderful afternoon around lovely people, great food and superb wine. Thank you to all the team.
