“Heaven on Earth - boutique as ever - perfect service”
Reviewed 31 July 2011

We were three middle aged couples well traveled in luxury hotels. We searched endlessly for a real boutique hotel (following prior dissapointments from room conditions in Rhodes and Crete and the general level of "5 stars" in Greece). Well what a suprise! Rooms spotless and styled (we were in the junior suite with plunge pool and thereafter in Deluxe with plunge - I sincerely recommend the junior suite over any other room - THE PLUNGE POOL IN MY OPINION IS TOTALLY unnecessary and a waste of money - especially sine the pool of the hotel is perfect and at most times empty). The SIZE of the junior suite is perfect whereas the deluxe rooms are too small. The attention to deatil was well well above excelent - an expresso machine in the suite, luxury bath accesories in abundance and refilled constantly, room cleaned twice a day, water next to the bed every day, hotel manger costas was a huge help and very attentive - we were unsatisfied with the height of the room (ask for roomC starting at 20 and up - the lower levels have less of a view- ) we were moved acordingly. The service at breakfast and the bar was exquisite! Christina, Silvio, Giorgio , Costa and all were simply amazing.I short i would definitely go back. Dont miss Namos restaurant as well as Kuzina .

Room Tip: rooms with best views are 20 and up - below 20 are closer to road level.

I stayed at the Mykonos Grace last weekend and would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Mykonos. The staff were so helpful and our room was STUNNING! The pool and the surrounding areas were beautiful. We were handed iced towels when lounging beside the pool which was a really nice touch. The hotel offers a shuttle service into the town which is extremely useful.

Beautiful! Loved the finishing touches, the pool, the ipod speaker in the room, the fresh fruit, the friendly staff and the whole ambience. Would def stay here again.
Checked in for the first 3 nights on my own, and was looked after immediately. Shown to a lovely, bright, airy room with a great view that was amazingly quiet and peaceful, air con that worked and a little patio area! Had no idea any other guests were near or above me at all, the room was so quiet, yet the hotel was almost full. The bed was perfect - a choice of pillows on the bed, as well as a further choice embroidered onto a mini pillow (nice idea!) . A massive great big shower room, with natural products and very well done. The pool/bar and restaurant are all up on the 3rd floor, and whilst not massive, are really well done. the breakfast choice was excellent too and the whole time I was made to feel really welcome. Overall a great hotel. It's also 10 minutes OUTSIDE the main town, which is ideal if you want a relaxing time, but be aware that the taxis are hard to get (there are only about 35 on the island). The hotel runs a shuttle to and from the town, until about 2 am, so it really helps. Otherwise, my suggestion would be hire a car or a quad bike (great fun) - they're gutless but you can get arund easy enough. Definite recommendation!

This is a lovely place to stay in Mykonos made even better by the fantastic staff.
The location is convenient - just far enough away from the busy town which is however easily accessible whenever you need it.
The restaurant at the hotel is good quality - portions huge!! Ate there twice.
Our room had a great view over the beach and was a great sun trap. Jacuzzi on the balcony in the sun was bliss.
The staff however are the real stars of this place. Angelos manages the restaurant/ bar with, remembering you drink order at breakfast almost from day one!! Christina was also lovely. Hope on reception was also very nice and helpful.
Angelos is a mind of information on where to go / eat / visit in Mykonos. They all just want you to have a great vacation - which we did.

We stayed here the first week of July, with some friends. The hotel was fully booked, but we did not feel suffocated or did not have any difficulties to find a free sun bed on the terrace or a nice table in front of the pool to have breakfast.
Location: strategic. In front to a cozy equipped beach with a very goood tavern, and far abt 10 min by car from Chora, so no way to feel 'packed' as in a downtown hotel. This hotel itself is a boutique one, and what you see on their website is what you get. Amazing see view from the rooms, the pool terrace and the common areas.
Staff: a great PLUS. Everything is 'personal'. You are welcomed at your arrival by the manager with a glass of champagne (while a complimentary bottle of Greek white wine is already chilling in your room with some fresh cherries!!) and again they greet you at your departure. The staff of the pool (Angelo, the 2 Georges, Christina, the new younger girl and guy...) is AMAZING, so nice, polite, attentive, and a genuine smile is always on their face.
Food: we had only breakfast. It is really GOOD in quality and quantity. Lot of different dishes (real Greek yogurt, salmon, bacon, tasteful pancakes, eggs cooked in every manner, fantastic croissants and cakes, Greek cheeses) and beverages (from fresh juices squeezed on the moment … to champagne!). And you eat on the pool terrace, in front of the sea. Simply lovely.
Rooms: A lot depends on what you are paying. The double deluxe rooms are generally good in terms of furniture, space and very fashionable bathroom (the shower is almost 2 meters of length!), but if you are unlucky you can get the one above the parking entrance, or on the street, or in the pool corner with a very lateral see view, as it happened to us. So, in my opinion, ask before booking which kind of room you are getting. My suggestion is: better booking in advance and spend more money in order to get the VIP rooms on the top level with big frontal sea view balcony, sun beds and the square Jacuzzi (not the ones with the L shape… too small). The toiletries are really high quality, and the minibar is not expensive.
Common areas, Pool, Gym, parking: the hotel has dedicated what could have been a super suite, to an amazing library lounge open to the guests and equipped with books, tv, dvd, sofas with a big sea view balcony. Fantastic. The parking is free, underground, and very useful. The gym is really small, only three machines. The pool is small, good just for bathing (if you choose to sun bath on the terrace) or for chilling out with a good drink after a ‘hard’ day on the beach…
To blame only the internet wi-fi connection, toooooooo slow and not always working. But at least, it was free.

It was very promising on arrival,
Champagne on arrival , but then we was taken to our room no tour of hotel .
The room was ok bathroom was cramped smelt musty and a bit dark no windows for natural light.
The room was cleaned every day but not to a high standard, glasses where not cleaned items were not replaced, I would say it was a very good 3 star hotel room at best and not a 5 star.
I like using the gym every day but on this holiday I was unable too as it so small , the cross trainer was out of order so it left the treadmill and rowing machine , and some weights 2 out of 10 .
Breakfast was ok , not 5 star very rushed , eggs were never consistent ,the staff were not very attentive they had there favourites ,champagne was never offered , wouldn't describe it as a champagne breakfast 3 out of 10.
Pool area at times was over crowded ,
There was no hot water in our room when this problem was reported we was told this can't happen we must be mistaken very helpful staff or reception staff.
I felt the experience was a 3 star and overly priced don't expect to get what the review or brochure reads.
One last thing today the breakfast lounge was out of order as was being redecorated .

We stayed here for 3 nights in June 2011. A beautiful property with excellent views and service. The property was modern and hip! My only complaint is the pool area - while set up in a stunning manner - there weren't enough lounges for all of the guests and as you might expect, many guests arrived early to hold their spot with their towels/books regardless of whether or not they were using them. So - if you don't get there early enough, you're out of luck and won't have a lounge chair.

That said - staff were fantastic, rooms were very nice and we enjoyed the shuttle that took you to and from town. I luxuriated at the spa for a day - very nice! If I were to return, I would definitely upgrade my room to have a better balcony and private spa.

Room Tip: Reseve room with large balcony/spa
