This was our second visit to Naxos but the first time that we stayed in Kedros Villas. We loved everything about the villa, especially the very comfortable bed. It was cleaned every day with a daily change of towels and clean sheets every second day. Maroula , the lady in charge of the villas could not have been more helpful. She was quick to solve any problem and gave excellent suggestions of where to visit and the best restaurants in Chora, the capital of Naxos.

The villas are excellently placed between the best beaches and the town, where there was a huge hypermarket and of course all the other attractions of the port. We are planning to go back to Naxos and Kedros villas next year and we are already looking forward to it.

We (two couples) spent in the two bedroom villa near the pool for 8 days. It was a very relaxing experience, tidy and clean villa, high standard in all. Very nice owner taking care of your needs whenever needed for assistance. Location is good with good bus connections to Naxos town or to beaches. Highly recommendable even for families with kids.

We stayed a week at Kedros Villas in the 2 bedroom house beside the pool. We arrived by high-speed ferry from Athens after flying in from Toronto and spending a day there.

The decor was simple with very high quality furniture. The bed and sofa were very comfortable, both supportive and firm. The place was very clean, and the daily room service was very good. We didn't try the breakfast bar in front of the pool, since we cooked our own. The dishwasher came in handy.

The pool was very deep, our 4 year old loved it and it was a nice place to a swim. Parking in front of our villa was convenient and the view from our terrace was spectacular.

This was our first time going to the Greek islands but will definitely not be our last. My wife now prefers the Greek Islands over Hawaii, and is fluent in Greek. After Naxos, we visited Santorini for a day and then spent a week in Kriti (near Chora). Because of the nice Villas, an excellent restaurant (Barbounis), and quiet drive along the mountain roads, I preferred Naxos over the other islands. It's not as popular with the young socialites but a very nice place to rest and relax.

We stayed here (villa Hibiscus) for a week. Though I would recommend it for couples with children, we too (couple without kids) had a very nice stay. The owners are very helpful, the villa was cozy and I would definitely recommend to pay the small extra for breakfast.
We had to leave one day sooner because there was a strike, though we made a reservation for the extra day this was no problem.
If you like a laidback atmosphere, privacy and friendliness this is a nice place.

Naxos is a large island, there are many beaches in the vicinity, the nicest was Plaka, once you pass the packed beaches there some smaller in the direction of Mikri Viglia. We spend a great time at the beach across Maistrali-taverna, just follow the dirt road (by car or bike) 'till you find it. Good salads, pasta's,... and nice owners, I think there were 3 generations of women running it.

My husband and I spent 3 days of our honeymoon on Naxos staying at Kedros Villas and I only wish we could have stayed longer. Being there in the spring, the villas included a car rental with our stay (the car & someone to help us were awaiting our boat's arrival, very handy), which was fantastic because it allowed us to really get a chance to explore the island of Naxos on our own.

The villas themselves were fantastic. We had originally booked the Iris villa, but were upgraded to the Violet. Upon arrival they had water, fresh roses, a bottle of wine, fresh fruit and other goodies in the room. It made us feel so special. The rooms were modern and well-appointed and we loved having the little kitchen. Our villa also had two outdoor verdanas, each with beautiful views where we had breakfast in the morning and drinks at night each day. The only thing to note (at least in our villa) was there was no stand-up shower, just the tub with a hand-held shower head. Certainly not enough to deter us from staying there again, just something we weren't used to.

The property was very quiet when we were there, perhaps because it was low season, and the staff was very friendly and helpful and they also provided a laundry service at a reasonable rate (12 euros total to wash, dry and fold all my and my husband's laundry!). if you want somewhere in the main city (Chora), be aware that Kedros is located about a 10 minute drive from there, but as long as you have a car (or are there in high season when there's frequent bus service) it's quite nice.

We visited four different places on our honeymoon and Naxos was far and away the best part of the trip. The comfort, beauty, and value (such a GREAT rate for everything you get) of Kedros Villas played a huge part of our coming away with nothing but love for Naxos.

We stayed at Kedros Villas at the end of our trip to Greece and had a fantastic time. The villas are amazing - my husband and I wondered if they'd let us move there. The pictures on the website don't do it justice!

We stayed in the Cedar villa which had an outdoor seating area and two balconies off of the upstairs bedroom. We ate breakfast from our balcony with the sun rising over the swimming pool and it was heavenly.

The Villas offer Korres amenities - my favorite brand - and really have all of the best of everything. The bed was scrumptious, the pillows comfortable and big, and the bedding luxurious. The kitchen was outfitted with a fridge (stocked with water), a dishwasher, and a stove/oven. We spent about 30 euros on groceries and ate breakfasts and lunches there.

The pool was stunning and never saw another soul there. The location is pretty good - about a ten euro cab ride from the port. We walked over to the village/beach of Agios Prokopios and got a car for 25 euros. Sure, not a fancy car, but it got us to the store, to dinner, and all around the island.

We spent most of our time at Plaka Beach and Agios Prokopios beach. They're really fantastic and easy to get to from the hotel (a short walk - although the walk is along a highway with no sidewalks).

The only fault I found in the entire stay at Kedros was the shower situation. My husband is 6'5" and the shower upstairs was mounted about halfway up the wall in the tub - for a person to use with a shower stool (that was provided). The downstairs shower was a stall and VERY cozy. We ended up getting water everywhere and being "attacked" by the shower curtain the entire shower. It felt kind of like showering on a postage stamp. If they could re-mount the upstairs shower head to a normal height (and they do have the head-room to do that) and add a curtain, it would have been absolutely perfect in all regards.

Finally, the staff at Kedros was so amazing and kind. They always had advice for us and were quite helpful in all regards - including all of my many questions before we booked the villa. We even had room service, which I was not at all expecting in this type of situation.

Stay at Kedros if you are in Naxos - you won't be disappointed!

We stayed in Hibiscus for 5 days and it was most definitely the best accommodation we had in the whole 2 weeks we were in Greece. We had our own little house with everything we could have needed, including a fully working kitchen, a roof terrace, and two extra seating areas outside, a small but nice bathroom, and a lovely bedroom. The family who run it are extremely nice and arranged us taxis and car hire with no fuss. Car hire is a must in Naxos- it really allows you to see everything on this lovely island. Saying that, we were a ten min walk to Prokopios beach, which is nice but a bit busy- five min extra walk gets you to Agios Anna which is absolutely stunning and less busy with crystal water and nice sand. Kedros is also a quick taxi ride to the main town which is beautiful and a great size, not too busy, not too small. Kedros pool is lovely and we stayed there for one afternoon, but the beach is even better.
