With my husband and our children (20 months and 6 years old) we stayed at Kedros from 13th to 20th August 2012. The myrtia house was spacious, well decorated and very clean. Also has a very nice view to Naxos town. The owners were very helpful and genteel
The location was good enough: 3 minutes away from the beach of Agios Prokopios and very close to the town of Naxos.

Spend 5 wonderful nights at Kedros Villas in early July. The villas are in very attractive and above all quiet grounds with a beautifully kept swimming-pool. Each one has its own outside dining area and they are well spaced apart and offer excellent privacy. It was hard to think there were other people staying there at the time. Delicious breakfasts with local Naxos produce, like fresh orange juice, yogurt, honey in addition to cooked breakfasts at a set price of 6€ each (well worth it if you like a good breakfast) were served by the pool by Anastacia who was unfailingly pleasant and helpful.
Accommodation itself was very comfortable, but then we were spontaneously offered an upgrade upon arrival, so we had a lot of space for the two of us which was great although we would have done just as well in one of the smaller villas because everything inside was well organized. The kitchen was very well equipped although we barely used it and everything was beautifully clean. Free Wi-Fi connection was a little poor (just nitpicking here).
The grounds are set well back off from the main road running from Chora down to the south-west of the island. We would walk to the beautiful beach of Agio-Prokopios in the mornings (about 15 minutes) and again in the evenings for dinner before it got dark. Coming back in the evening we would get the two-minute bus ride which offers a pretty good service (every half-hour) and has a stop right outside the villas, but make sure you tell the driver where you want to get off otherwise he whisks right past them. Once we took a taxi (5€). Same applies if, like us, you get the bus from Chora after arriving by ferry-boat with the added complication of luggage. We were also able to get to Chora easily in the evening (about 10-15 minutes) by bus. We hired a car for one day, which was great as the inland villages of Naxos, especially Apeiranthos, and the wilder beaches in the south are really worth visiting. Would definitely return to Kedros Villas.

With my wife we spent three wonderful days in Naxos from the 15th to 18th September 2012. What made our stay so pleasant and relaxing (after traveling and sight seeing full day around the beautiful island) was our stay in the Kedros Villas. The beautiful and comfortable Villas, their surrounding and view and the excellent service offered personally by the Kondylis Family, who owns the Compound, contributed to it. Not to mention the luxurious breakfast prepared with genuine products by Mrs Tassia Kondylis herself (always smiling nicely and in good mood)!! We are sure that other visitors will enjoy the same satisfaction.

The property is beautiful with stucco villas, a large pool and million dollar view of the water and Naxos town.

Maroula was so incredibly helpful in making the booking. I had troubles figuring out the sizes of the villas from the website and Maroula suggested options for us based on the amenities we wanted. She even upgraded us to a 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, 2 story villa called Myrtle Villa. We even got a free rental car for our entire 5 night stay!

The villa was luxurious and spotless with a full kitchen stocked with all the dishes and pots & pans you should need. The smell of fresh flowers welcomed us into a villa decorated in a luxurious Greek style with antique furniture including a dining room table that seats 6 and 2 couches. The only issue we had was a moldy coffee pot that had been forgotten in a cupboard for probably months during the off season. When we notified Maroula, she gave us a new one instantly.

She also printed several documents for us from the office and was always available when we needed advice on things to do, restaurants and shops. The hotel is a short drive from Naxos and supermarkets and maybe 5 minutes drive from Agios Prokopis beach. I would recommend a rental car, not only because the hotel is a short drive from town and the beach, but also just to explore the island of Naxos and the wonderful countryside and beaches down the coast.

We stayed at Kedros Villas for our recent vacation. Apart from what the island of Naxos itself can offer, which is tremendous, Kedros Villas was most enjoyable. The villas are beautiful, well stocked for doing your own cooking, the views from the rooftop eating area was just lovely, and the pool is out this world. The villas are a 15 minute walk from one the best beaches in Naxos. Beyond all of this, it is the service from the staff, especially Maroula that makes a difference. She became sort of our personal travel agent, making car reservations, and providing excellent restaurants addresses, and responding to any and all questions we threw at her. This all made this leg of our trip most memorable.

Room Tip: All rooms looked good to me, with size being the selection driver.

After cancelling a booking to another hotel in Naxos, we found Kedros Villas and we were very lucky for this.
The villa (Yasmin) was very nice and full of light. It is very well situated (in very short distance from the town and Aghios Prokopios, but still very quiet).
We felt like home because the management's attitude was very nice. the breakfast was perfect and we really felt like home.
I strongly recommend it

We loved our week at Kedros Villas. Beautifully maintained, close to beaches and the main town, I can't think of a better place to stay. Maroula, the manager, went above and beyond to help with car rental, directions to the best sites and restaurants, and generally helped us get the best out of wonderful Naxos. Maroula and her family care passionately about Naxos food and produce, and can help you find and enjoy the best of it.

Room Tip: We loved staying in 'Cedar' Villa, which had a wonderful, shaded garden courtyard adjoining
