We stayed here after visiting Athens and Mykonos, and for a similar price we got a WAY better deal over there in terms of quality and price. This hotel is anything but "luxurious" and "sophisticated", and the pics in their website do not reflect the reality. The location is awful (being able to see the sea at the distance is not the same that having a "seaview"). I would never recommend this hotel.

The staff was very warm and helpful, specially to recommend beaches and restaurants nearby. In any event, the dinner at the hotel restaurant was also excellent. The swimming pools were excellent and the location is perfect -in a quiet area only 10 minutes away from the beaches-. They also offer you rent-a-car services in the hotel.

We spent a week in this nice and cosy hotel in May and liked the friendly staff and the hotel / rooms very much. We were upgraded to a Junior suite which was fairly big and had a whirlpool in the bathroom. The hotel is very clean and makes you feel relaxed right upon walking into the front hall.
The hotel is only a 350m walk from the beach front. However, you have walk down a street without footpath which makes it a bit uncomfortable. Nevertheless, we would defintely recommend the hotel as it seems to be one of the best rated hotel in Naxos.
Special note: If you walk down the street to the beach, there is a beach cafe called "Golden Beach" to the right where staff is friendly and attentive and cakes, coffees and salads are marvellous and prices are fair.

I was here for 3 nights for a wedding and was treated like a princess by the staff. My room was great! The Hotel is amazing, the pools are great and I absolutely loved the garden chess set. The food was lovely and they pride themselves on sourcing high quality local ingredients. Great place!

This hotel's description on the internet is misleading. When we arrived, we were supposed to receive an upgrade, but a man who had been staying there was in the lobby asking for his room to be changed and the front desk put him ahead of us. At the end of the day, we didn't get our upgrade because they decided to take his request even though we were there first. Our room overlooked a house with a chained German Shephard. It was advertised as a "sea view" and we could see the sea far in the distance. It was a 10 miute walk down a main highway to get to the beach. The front desk was less than helpful. We asked about the bus to get to town. They sent us to the corner to stand to wait -- not a problem until we got on the bus and were told we needed a ticket. Turns out, we could have purchased a ticket at the front desk of our hotel. No one ever told us that.

Upon arriving, we ate lunch at the hotel and could barely eat the turkey sandwich served to us because the bread was so stale. Consequently, we weren't charged for it. There is a nice grassy area with a gazebo but the grass was so long, it wasn't inviting at all. I would not recommend this hotel for your stay in Naxos. Stay at one of the hotels on the beach.
