My husband and I chose Mykonos Grand for our honeymoon destination. The minute we arrived, we were handed a glass of champagne. The staff was amazing!!! We felt as if they read our minds before we had to ask for anything. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and the views are the best on the island. We had a premium sea view room which blew away our expectations. A private balcony overlooking the ocean gave us the romantic setting we wanted. The pool is huge with a full staff on hand to make sure your cocktail glass is never empty. Everything from the breakfast buffet to the spa proved to be 5 star! Within a couple of days, the staff addressed us by our names! The hotel surprised us with special honeymoon gifts more than once. Our bartender Andreas, made the best cocktails we have ever had. The staff was fun loving and truly dedicated to ensuring our honeymoon was perfect. We will definitely be back!

We just returned from a week's stay at the Mykonos Grand for our honeymoon. I can't speak highly enough about the friendliness of the staff. They really couldn't do enough to help you, right from the welcome reception to the restaurant and bar staff. We had a premium room with sea view. It was spotlessly clean, really comfortable bed and fabulous view.

The pool is fantastic - always enough sunbeds and we went to the beach a few times which was also great. Very quiet and good for swimming.

We also tried the romantic meal for 2 at the beach. It was expensive and way too much food, but a really unforgettable experience for honeymooners. Would definitely recommend.

We didn't eat dinner in the hotel as there are so many great restaurants on the island. As the reception staff to make recommendations. Every restaurant we went to under their recommendation was amazing.

The hotel is situated about 15 minutes from the airport and Mykonos town. Ornos is well worth a visit in the evening. Great restaurants.

Overall, this was a truly 5* experience. I would definitely return.

Room Tip: Get a room with a view - well worth it.

My husband and I were guests at the Mykonos Grand for four wonderful nights in July 2014. The hotel is beautiful, the service is attentive and the staff truly made us feel like "guests" during our stay. We've had the opportunity to stay in beautiful hotels across the world. What sets the Mykonos Grand apart from other hotels in this class is their staff. From the warm reception when we arrived, to the staff at the restaurant, bar and pool who remembered our names and preferences etc...it was simply wonderful. The connections they made with guests was exceptional.

Our room had a balcony overlooking the ocean. It had beautiful views, it was spacious, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The loungers at the pool and beach were extremely comfortable and staff was attentive without being intrusive.

While the hotel is definitely a resort in terms of amenities - they made it feel like a small boutique hotel when it came to service. We especially appreciated the great tips for our morning runs and excellent dinner suggestions. I'm disappointed that I didn't listen more closely when Maria shared her recipe for breakfast yogourt with fruit and oats. The hotel offers a shuttle service to nearby Mykonos Town (it's so close, we ran to the Windmills and back one morning).

I would definitely return - and include my two teenage daughters next time.

We just spent a week here. Excellent hotel all round. Great facilities, views and location. Just outside town which is easily accessible. The staff deserve a special mention as they were always on hand, extremely helpful but also not intrusive so you felt at ease at all times. Would highly recommend if you are visiting Mykonos. We also took the sailing tour with the hotel boat, which was money well spent and a great day out

What a gorgeous hotel! My husband and I went on our honeymoon the beginning of June and started with 5 nights here at the Mykonos Grand. When we walked in, we were greeted by the entire staff, handed champagne and got the whole tour of the property. The staff here was AMAZING. The food was perfect and the drinks were wonderful. The property itself is immaculate (takes a day or two to get acclimated to the layout). The pool and beach were very relaxing. Because it was our first time in Mykonos, we rented an ATV and explored the whole island the entire time. We didn't hang out at the hotel that often. Double edged sword I suppose. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for luxury, a relaxing environment and impeccable service.

We traveled with our granddaughter to Greece last month. On Mykonos we stayed at the Mykonos Grand Hotel & Resort. We had a 2-bedroom, 2-bath suite with dining and living rooms, private patio with BBQ grill, and our own private pool. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel "room" I've ever stayed in - and we've traveled around the world. We were met at the door and ushered into the VIP Lounge and offered Kir Royales during our check-in. The pool area with silk-draped lounges and the outdoor casual dining room are beautiful. We had made arrangements for a private Dinner On The Beach to celebrate our granddaughter's high school graduation. We were not disappointed. At 8:00 p.m. sharp as we descended the staircase to the beach, we saw the most beautiful white tented table draped with white linens and blue silk flowered fabric. Music, a bonfire, and candles surrounding the table made the evening one of the best we've ever had. Our waitress walked up and down the stairs many times to fetch out drinks and dinner. Her personality was fantastic and we felt very special during this elaborate dining celebration on the beach. We highly recommend it to anyone!!! Our only downside to the resort might be the beach itself. It is rather small and somewhat rocky, but very private. I can only think of two other beach resorts where the pool service was really amazing - The Four Seasons in Maui - where pool boys walk around and wrap your face and hands in cold towels to cool you off. Also, in St. Tropez, France, at Chateau de la Messerdiere where they serve your beer and wine in ice-filled clear plastic bags which set beside your lounger - and they also move your personal umbrella every 20 minutes to be certain no sun dares to ever look upon any part of your body. Now that's service!!!!!

Room Tip: Reserve one with your own private pool. Worth every penny.

You will not be disappointed with the Mykonos Grand. Exceptional service, a stunning location and a beautiful hotel. The rooms were immaculate, food wonderful and staff were very friendly and helpful. You cannot go wrong choosing this fantastic hotel!
Just be warned its a little maze with lots of steps and pathways that you can easily get lost in!
