Found Rems because other target eateries were not open (Tuesday evening) but this modern tapas bar in the Main Street of Chapel was a really enjoyable find. The menu was manageable and all the dishes we had were tasty authentic Spanish tapas . The experience was enhanced by the really helpful and friendly staff (Gareth up-front). Chapel is not exactly a destination town (we were staying out of town in the Peak District) but Rems should be put on your list if you are in the area.

From start to finish food, service, atmosphere everything was amazing. Favourite tapas dish was the Chicken in a Cajun sauce. Lots of specials available too. Easily the best tapas I have ever had. We also stayed for the quiz which was great fun.
5*s all round!

Picked up a review on line and decided to break our journey in a different way to our usual haunts. We decided to choose from the Tappas board and were presented with 6 excellent dishes served at a good pace. The chicken sauces were really nice, spicey but not too much, tasty and tender they were so good we ordered extra cheesy garlic bread to help soak them up. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we had excellent beers to compliment the meal. We would definitely call again

We have a team which takes part in Rem's weekly Tuesday night quiz. This is always great fun in a friendly atmosphere and well attended. Then every so often -usually before the quiz - we have the brilliant tapas which always proves a winner. We usually have a fair sized party but always have good friendly service and advice. All at a reasonable price. I can't think of any negatives at all...keep it up guys!

I love going to Rems for a meal, the tapas meals are lovely and the staff always friendly. I go on a regular basis to the wine bar with friends and family and always have a good time here, atmosphere always good and great when sunny as can sit out the back. can also go for dinner where they offer sandwiches and lunch time meals which are also yummy!
