Hallway, room and linen smell of smoke. Shared bathrooms are dirty and very small, so you can hardly keep your clothes dry. Rooms are very simple, a bit depressing. The mattress was quite dirty, there was no normal table in my room. I woke up at 7 every morning because then breakfast was prepared. It is not a buffet, but just a simple bagle. The reception closes at 5.30, which is not very friendly towards guests arriving late. Although it is a relatively cheap hotel, I would not recommend it. It seems more like an overpriced hostel and it is just no value for money. You can definitely find better hotels for this price.

A very bad experience. A near derelict building;
all windows in a decaying condition, many of them dificult to close and letting rain water come through.
Only one narrow and decaying window in the small area that the hotel calls bathroom but is no better that what one would find at a campsite: there are four cublicles for the two WC and two showers (for one whole floor!), only one of the cublicles with window.

No self-catering facilities (as claimed in the website) other than another cublicle called kitchen, with one old fridge, a saucepan and a smmall dirty stove, and nothing else.

The quality provided is worse than a hostel, but charged at a high price: that particular time, at the same price as the Ibis Hotel for a twin room.

There is a rotten and musty smell all over the premises.

There is no room/lounge for those wishing to relax or read a paper. Even the small breakfast room with the drinks machine is closed at 10pm.

The Euroglobe should only be sold as a basic and cheap hostel...and even so, certainly worse than many other european hostels charging half -or less, of the same amount and offering clean rooms with simple ensuite facilities and a proper lounge and coffe-making facilities.

A Ribeiro

we have booked a double room in Euroglobe Hotel at Copenhagen for a night.
This double room was in fact a single room with a supplementary bed : a campbed !
On the internet site where we booked the room, it was indicated that they accept credit card but in fact, they don't.
550DKK (78 Euro) for a single room with two beds, showers not very clean and a breakfast with the noise of the refrigerator like basic music... A bad experience !

Horrible experience! I just can't believe that there is someone who has guts to charge nearly US$ 100 (double room) for a place like that. The most shocking things:

* Bugs in my bed and later in my bag (had to leave my bags outdoors for a day when I got home in order not to bring disgusting bugs to my house!)
* Big bug bites for the next three-four days after my departure
* Rooms very run-down; many hostels look better
* Rather dirty and old
* No toilets even in double room (did you notice the price that we paid?)

I have been traveling extensively for 15 years now and I can't come up with another place that had such a terrible price/quality ratio.

This hotel was horrible. Worst of the ten 2 stars we stayed in during our trip. Would have been better off in a hostel. Smelled of curried urine. Horrible.
