We loved this small Tyrolean village and its Kinderhotel. The hotel is at the end of the village with direct access to the nearby forest. The panorama is breath taking, you can feel the hugging of the mountains on your skin, they are very close.
The hotel is not the best in the chain, but it is still good 4 stars. The room was good in size and clean, the kids had their bunk bed and we've been able to put the little one's cot too, so they could stay together. Our room was big enough for the family with a huge double king bed (a bit too soft mattress for my taste) and a big table with enough chairs to play at.
The restaurant was great, though the cook was a bit indulgent with the onion and the chive. The selection was generous from the adults to the babies. The only hotel where the all inclusive meant for alcoholic drinks too (beer and wines) and not from the lower shelf only!
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the owner of the hotel was walking around a few times a day to see everything is going well. The only issue was that they did not talk good english all the time, but at the same time we've been in their country, and with a good basic german you can survive easily.
The garden and the playground outside are good, with a lot of games, trolleys, ping-pong, bull's ride, wooden castle, a huge pirate boat, indian teepees, so it gives a big place for the role play games.
We recommend it.
