we have been to quite a few museums but we were impressed with the way the displays were presented. deggendorfs history, the first little store which was taken and rebuilt in the museum. the first pharmacy. now this was really, really interesting. a short film showing how the SELL family made their own pills and medicines. the equipment they used is also there to be seen.
also an old doll exhibit of the nativity and the famous kanna wedding. listen to the short film and you will appreciate this exhibit. 300 dolls were found and later after hours of work a beautiful display. worth to be seen!
