A last-minute scramble for a work-break booking between Easter and Anzac Day meant we weren't expecting much and thus weren't too disappointed. The main issue was having to clean the gritty, urky floor when we arrived: obviously the reason for a vacuum being provided with the room!.
A very pleasant location, close to all that Mooloolaba has to offer and some sea views and breezes to relax us on the large balcony. A tip: the towels are skimpy and the pillows like rocks, so bring your own, if you can.
The drawbacks were a ridiculously steep-sided bath/spa/shower (which was very challenging and had no step to aid getting in and out), the lack of cleanliness (lots of dust, grit and cobwebs) and very cramped parking facilities, a feature we heard a lot about from other disgruntled users!
Management was courteous and pleasant and a problem with the bathroom door fixed promptly.
Would we visit again? Possibly, but there are plenty of better alternatives (we used to live in Buderim, so are very familiar with the area) and we would suggest greater supervision of Housekeeping.

Room Tip: Try "Mantra" or "Zanzibar" in Mooloolaba: much better options!

Great resort. Right across the road from the beautiful beaches of Mooloolaba, and just the right distance from the many shops and restaurants. I stayed 4 nights with my elderly parents and it was just as comfortable as home. Lovely managers who were very helpful with all queries. My only suggestion would be a handrail for the outdoor spa.
We will definitely be back!

Room Tip: The balconies are huge!

Loved our stay but the only problem was trying to get into the spa bath with my bad hip problem and next time would prefer a walk in shower- loved the location of our unit and the close proximity to the pool and we found the stroll down to the shops an easy walk- plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from on the esplanade-

We made a last minute booking for a weekend away here. On arrival, the staff at reception were very nice and helpful. She even ran up to the room while we were getting our luggage to ensure the room was ready. The two bed unit itself was very nice with modern furniture and appliances. The room was very clean and tidy. There were some minor maintenance issues and we reported them to the office to be rectified later. The only real let down was the location of the room right on a main road and close to a very busy intersection. This was not a major issue as I expected that when I saw the room. We spent time on the balcony looking at the ocean and did our best to ignore the traffic noise. If we were to stay here again, I would try for a room away from the roadside. Over all our visit was exactly what we expected. Thanks.. :D

Room Tip: Try for a room that is not adjacent to busy Buderim Rd.

Only a 1 night stay which I didnt expect to be cheap as it was still in peak holiday period.
Our 1 bedroom unit was beautifully appointed and fully self contained. Grounds are very well maintained. Lovely views to the Spit and accross to Caloundra. The complex is very close to the Mooloolaba cafe and restaurant precinct but far enough away to avoid the noise. Friendly reception and housekeeping staff. I will definately return for a longer stay in the off peak season

We stayed recently with our 2 young children. We had a pool access room - it was fantastic. The children loved the heated pool and just across the road was a private beach with the most wonderful child-friendly rock pools we have seen. Everything you could need was right on hand and the room's facilities were excellent. The service was friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this to others travelling with young children. We will be back!

I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with a friend. We requested a one bedroom and it cost $210 per night.
The room we where given a room with a view of a section of Buderim avenue and the hotel across the road. Plus there were palm trees right at balcony level, so really no view at all. It wasn't full so not sure why we were given such a disappointing room considering we paid top dollar. The advertising says, set in tropical garden surrounds so you feel like you are on holidays...really! I didn't get that feel from the room I was it, it just felt like a high rise apartment in any concrete tower block.
The rubbish bin in the bathroom had not been emptied and still had rubbish from the last guest including used cotton buds etc.
decor is fairly bland, and the bedroom furniture was dated looking. The lounge area had a small corner lounge and ottoman, but no coffee table which was inconvenient and meant putting plates or glasses on the floor if sitting on the lounge.
I would not recommend this place to anyone, it is overpriced and very average.

Dear Guest
My sincere apologies if the tidy bin in the bathroom had been missed by our cleaners - there is no excuse for this oversight! I am sorry that the apartment was not to your liking. However, this apartment has had recent refurbishment with a white chaise lounge with matching ottoman in loungeroom, the glass coffee table was located to the side of the lounge in the corner - sometimes guests move the furniture around. New bedding with matching runner & cushions in the bedroom. It does have a king size spa bath and king bed. As advertised, our 1 bedroom apartments offer either a Spa or Ocean view apartment. I cannot see how the palm tree outside your balcony is not tropical. The rate is typical for a 2 night stay in Mooloolaba in a fully self contained apartment - if a longer stay then the rate does go down considerably.
