We stayed 5 nights during harvest. For Barolo wine enthusiasts like us, staying in the midst of the Cerequio vineyard - in the Cerequio suite! - was terrific. Our suite was quite large and well-appointed; the balcony afforded great views. The small staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful...the best ever. La Morra village itself is a bit of a walk - up a steep hill - and taxis are difficult, so best to have a rental car.
The hotel has a small restaurant. Breakfast was great. The dinner menu is very limited, but the food is good and the wine list is very extensive and fairly priced. We ate there several evenings after exhausting days of multi-winery visits in the area. Underneath the hotel is a terrific modern wine trasting room...Roberto conducted a very informative tasting of the wines of Michele Chiarlo.
Weather was too cold to try the pool during our visit, but it looked nice. Wi-fi is free, although the reception was a little spotty in our room. Assure that you have good directions when driving here, as the road can be tricky to find the first time.

Room Tip: We were very happy with the "traditional" building, but other guests who were in the "...

My husband and I recently stayed at Palas Cerequio in the Brunate Suite, for 5 nights, a few weeks ago. We were blown away by the exceptional hospitality of the staff Roberto, Jayne and Davide. Their close attention to detail made out stay spectacular. They had the answer to every question and helped us set up our entire itinerary, which I truly appreciate. I must have gone back and forth with Davide over e-mail for several weeks, while he was helping me plan. Everything they recommended to us was truly a 5 star experience. I like to consider myself a vacation snob, I only stay at 5 star resorts or hotels and this place far exceeded my expectations. The accommodations were phenomenal, beautiful 2 story rooms with spectacular views, clean and modern, just the way we like it. I really can not say enough good things about this place, except I definitely plan to return. There is no where else in Piemonte that I would rather stay. Huge thank you to all the staff for the amazing hospitality and expertise on the area. Ciao!

Dear Jayne, Roberto, Davide and all your collegues;, thank you so much for making our wedding weekend the great party we wanted it to be, we love you guys!

We have stayed here 5 times over the last 18 months, and love it even more now than before. The atmosphere is so warm, quiet, relaxing and enjoyable. Much thanks to the wonderful surroundings, but even more as a result of the wonderfull service given by the hosts Jayne, Roberto, Davide and all their collegues. The rooms are all huge and spectaculare, photos can not compare with reality. Lovely food, people, views, wines, pool, winecellar.. what more can you ask for.

We are very greatful for their amazingly good service - before, under and after our wedding. All our guests will gladly confirm this and we're sure many, if not all of them will come back for another visit. Palas Cerequio has become our "Italian home", and we look very much forward to visit again year after year.

Go there, you'll never regret it..

Room Tip: Middle of summer I'd stay in a modern room next to the pool, preferebly Brunate - but all three...

My husband and I stayed for 7 nights and we enjoyed every minute of it. This place is excellent first and foremost because of Jayne and Roberto, who are amazing hosts. The 2-floor appartments are modern, clean and high tec and everything works perfectly. The view is spectacular. I could keep on stating all the fantastic things about this place. Go there and experience it yourself.

We stayed four nights at Palas Cerequio recently and had the most perfect experience. Our hosts, Jayne and Roberto, could simply not do enough for us. We had a grumpy 7-year-old with us and they even managed to keep her happy! The property is beautifully appointed and maintained, our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the food was superb. We visit Italy often and stay in different places, and different styles of accommodation - Palas Cerequio is up there with the best.

A surprise in the middle of the Cerequio vineyards. We stayed with our kids and parents. The modern rooms are amazing and the view is breathtaking. The traditional rooms are very charming and the bathrooms are very big. Every room has either a steam bath or a sauna. The service is impeccable and charming. The food is very good. The wine list is extensive and includes other producers (the hotel is owned by the Michele Chiarlo winemaker). The only small downside is the size of the pool. It is very small and the deckchairs are very close to each other. The WIFI also had some problems. Maybe there could be more fresh fruit for breakfast in summer. Nevertheless it was a perfect stay and we will definitely go back.

We have recentely spent the weekend at Palas Cerequio with my husband, who did a lot of research of the hotels in the area and this one exceeded our expectations! We were greeted by David, who gave us excellent hints about things to do in the area and had a wonderful service from Jayne and Roberto throughout the stay. All of them are very hard working people who care about their guests. Thanks to them, the place stays as perfect as it is! Worth the money!

Room Tip: We stayed in the older house as we prefer that to modern, and it was just what we needed.
