We used to live around the corner from this pub and visited a few times - the last time was in January when I visited with a mate. We both had food, I had the Cajun chicken and was blown away by how good it was. The flavour of the Cajun chicken was superb. It’s definitely one of the best local restaurants around, and has a friendly pub atmosphere too as we stayed for most of the evening having drinks after it.

This little pub is tucked away but a damn good find!

We were just passing and saw the smartening up of this pub, popped our head in, and could not resist a late lunch and a beer. The baguette, served with salad and lovely thick chips, were just the job. The visit was a pleasure- with friendly staff, customers and great beers - we willl have o come again. Also lots of stuff going on, with quiz, entertainment- and if you need accommodation for bike park wales- they are building it for you. A 6-bed bunkhouse, due to be completed in 2 months, with safe keeping of bikes... Recommended

First visit to Glantaff but definitely not the last. The food was fabulous. I had cod gougons, chips with pea puree and tartare sauce. Hubby had beef lasagne with garlic bread and chips. For dessert we both Ferrero Roche cheesecake with single cream ... yummy. A very friendly place, great atmosphere and gorgeous food ... a real gem!

Thank you to Andrew and Sandra for a warm welcome on a wet and windy Friday. We all had the fish and chips which was fresh and plentiful ,we also enjoyed the 80’s soundtrack!
