This hotel is a great place to view the mountains, so get a room with a view, we had one at the back of the hotel with no view. The hotel could also do with aircon in the rooms as the area is very damp because of the mountain's and this leaves the rooms smelling damp as well. That said the hotel was spot on for food and atmosphere, go up on the roof at night and enjoy the dancing, great fun

Room Tip: Get a room with a view

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your review.

We are glad you enjoyed free guest amenities like bonfire under the starry night sky.
Also we have noted your comments about the rooms with concern and employed dehumidifiers for use this unusually damp winter season.
It is definitely too cold for the use of air conditioners, of course!

We have made it very clear that rooms at the back overlook our garden and are the budget option in our resort (preferred by first timers who spend very little time in their rooms anyway).
Sorry if you were misled otherwise by your tour operator.

Every feedback is an opportunity to improve and we look forward to your next holiday with us to serve you better.

Thanks & Regards,

P.Suresh
Owner.

Hello all, I stayed in Misty Mountain Resort for 3 days. Rooms were clean and Spacious, The valley view was excellent. I really loved the hospitality. All the staffs were very kindful. It's really one of the BEST, Safe, Reliable place to stay. Even the surroundings are very good and the Garden / Trekking path on the top floor of the Resort is its Great Value. I can't stop without commenting on the food. They have all kinds of food, including North Indian, South Indian and Chinese and Most Important thing is all these are very good and cost was also nominal.
I would say each penny I spent for this Resort is more worth.

Thank you so much for your kind words and warm recommendation.

We are very pleased that you truly enjoyed your stay with us making maximum use of the excellent location going trekking and relishing the food served at both restaurants. Chef Shinil and his team are consistently winning the best department award month after month and their new menu and eager to please attitude are commendable.

Glad we lived up to our tagline “Value for Money” and do return soon for your next holiday with us.

We look forward to it!

Thanks & Regds,

I was at Misty Mountain Resort a week after Onam. The place was crowded. This was my third stay at Misty Mountain. I like the rooms with the valley view and the food in the restaurant. I've seen some new faces among the staff. They always have a smile on their faces and a courteous reply to any question asked. The managers Shefeer and Shajinu were very helpful in directing me towards some awesome sightseeing destinations. I prefer to come early to the restaurant for breakfast to avoid the rush-hour crowds. Once again....Misty Mountain made my day (holiday)!!!!!!

Room Tip: Pick the valley view rooms. Totally worth the money and more

Excellent location. View from the rooms are breath taking. We were there for our honeymoon. The food was good and staff very courteous. We booked the rooms online and got a great deal. Suggest you book online as the rates differ vastly if you approach the hotel directly. Mr Raja at the front desk is very kind & helpful. Fun forest & Punarjani traditional village are just a stone throws distance away. Munnar is about 8kms but that's the beauty of the place. Far from the city's noise and pollution. Overall a great hotel for the price, location, service & food.

Room Tip: Go for the valley view rooms on the top floors. Views are splendid.

Dear guest,

Thank you for your review expressing your immense satisfaction with your stay at Misty.
Very motivating to see your appreciation of our team and their service attitude.
The management has taken continuous effort to retrain staff & have introduced several staff welfare and incentives to keep them happily attending to every guest – glad it has paid off!

Yes, time and time again we have been congratulated for the choice of our location, “so near yet far from the madding crowds” of Munnar town.
We are also lucky to have the Punarjani cultural centre catering to the serious and culture proud tourist and the Fun Forest Adventure Park catering to the thrill seekers.

Thank you for your “ thumbs up” and we are sure that you will return for your first anniversary to relive these lovely memories.

Do call in advance to avail the best loyalty offers.
