We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express on our way to Houston. Checked in to the hotel and was greeted by a very friendly member of their staff. We had been delayed in traffic due to an accident and then contruction so it was so nice to see a smiling face when we arrived. The hotel is new and there is plenty of parking. We were given bottled water and peanut butter crackers at check in and the warm chocolate chip cookies were a very nice touch. We had two queen beds and the linens and pillows were outstanding also the beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of hot water (sometimes iffy when you prefer baths to showers). Husband was very pleased with water pressure and water temp for his shower.
Hotel has a great location with a Shell station for fill up and a Cracker Barrel right across the road. We usually don't care to drive to find a place to eat after driving all day and this location was perfect. The breakfast the morning of our departure was outstanding. Scrambled eggs, bacon and cinnamon sweet rolls....all delicious. The staff was very attentive and the dining area was immaculate.
We were so impressed with this hotel that we will be staying there on our return trip from Texas. Looking forward to our return visit!

New hotel, 7 months old. Clean, large rooms, nice larger seating breakfast area. Full breakfast. We ran in to a couple issues which were quickly taken care of by the staff. Nice place. Comfortable king size bed. Room was priced right at $84

This was the Best place to stay on our way to texas. The people are so nice. Its a new Hotel, great Breakfast, Pool was wonderul. We had traveled from Illinois to pick up our daughters in Houston. Found this on way, best choice we made! We went to Houston got our girls went to Galveston and Drove from there back to Arkadelphia to stay. Around 10 hours. You got to stop there and check them out! I hope to go back sometime! We may just take a trip for fun and stay a few nights.

Room Tip: Not really I feel they would help you if you need anything.

We were so impressed with the helpful and friendly staff, the clean spacious rooms, and the varied selections of the free Express Breakfast. We will definitely return!!

Room Tip: Be specific--we needed a handicapped equipped room and were very pleased with the accomodations.

Went to visit my son and daughter-in-law day after Christmas. He recommended Holiday Inn Express in Caddo Valley and it was fantastic. The room was terrific for my wife, my daughter and me with two king size beds and a lounge area. The staff was friendly and very helpful. When the printer in the business center wasn't working and I wanted to print my boarding passes for the return trip, they let me use the desk computer and printer. Great place, would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone traveling to that part of the country. Vincent L.

Room Tip: If you have a teenager with you and want only 1 room, get the 2 king bed suite
