The Hall is set in magnificent grounds in a quiet country setting. Loved our room with four poster bed and bathrobes. Lovely spot for a romantic few days away. The bar staff were helpful with our small requests. Felt like royalty for a night! Would love to come back next time in UK.

We stayed the night, had breakfast and booked an afternoon tea and could not fault anything. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious with lovely bathrooms with large shower and separate bath. Refreshments in the room were good. Breakfast was also lovely, had a good selection and very attentive staff. Afternoon tea was delicious, the tea for 2 could have served 4! The grounds and the views were outstanding.

One must come out with a proper description of this place. Its neither a hall nor a hotel. May be "Place".. and just that. The grounds are expansive and the buildings are grand. But really, in terms of being a hotel, no. Its a great place for low-down easy-folk slow-dragging kind of event. Like you want to lose your city habits and down-grade your crazy life.

But the gym is dope and the attendants are there for you.

Room Tip: Dont worry about where your rooms are: Lodge, court and Hall are about the same.

Came here with a family of 9, really beautiful place.

The room was huge for our family, really modern and well kept with the surroundings.

Breakfast was lovely, if you wants eggs apart from scrambled, would recommend you order them early.

Swimming pool was quiet with a sauna.

Grounds were lovely and plenty of car parking.

Great luxury weekend stay not to far from Burford or Witney.

Stayed overnight for a wedding a good few years ago, the price we paid we thought we would be in main building but found ourselves in one of the small terraced annexed building's, the room had obviously not been cleaned or checked as the carpet was full of crumbs at the far side of the bed the duvet was too small for the cover so they folded in the excess and just left it hanging out at the bottom, in my sisters room there were dirty towels hanging behind the door and food in a drawer. The main building and gardens are beautiful and the food was excellent, breakfast was a bit of a shambles with not enough crockery or cutlery for everyone ????
Should of complained at the time l know but it was a posh wedding and l felt a little awkward at doing so.
