Nice views from cottages, good service. They were renovating the restaurant during our stay, but we hardly heard any noise. The resort has two nice infinity pools and an interesting housereef. We enjoyed diving with Dugong Dive Center.

My boyfriend and I booked a Cedar Cabana for 2 nights and we were lucky to get that room despite of them being fully booked for the month and I thought it was a good deal. I would've given an Excellent rating had it not be for some minor things that I didnt find satisfactory. Let's start first with the things we liked the most:

1. Warm welcome with singing staff with their refreshing drinks.
2. Courteous staff escorting guests to their room.
3. A number of complimentary activities.
4. There are dedicated staff who will play with you should you wish to play volleyball.
5. Despite the power issue every 4:00 - 5:00 PM, guests are well advised beforehand and they give you complimentary sweets for the inconvenience.
6. Room was really spacious with a balcony (if that's how you call it) with a hammock.
7. Everything you need is pretty much there, massage, a shop, nail spa.

1.Coming from Two Seasons Coron Island Resort & Spa, it was a surprise to find out that they charge Php1,500 for a Roundtrip Airport Transfer. It was just a turn off for me.
2. Very few selections in the restaurant plus they have a limited menu after lunch hours.
3. No designated area/proper seats for their manicure and pedicure services, it was uncomfy.
4. When I asked the staff what brand of corned beef they were using, she told me it was PureFoods, upon getting the food, turned out, it was Argentina corned beef. I can definitely tell.

Overall, I'd still recommend this place despite of the small hiccups. We definitely had a good time. It was very peaceful, great for relaxation.

Room Tip: Book for the Cedar Cabana, they only have 4 or 6 of it I think

We were picked up from the airport by mini van and transported to the boat terminal where there was a boat waiting to take us to the resort. The ride was approx 20 mins. We were welcomed by a cool drink and cold towels and with a song from the resort staff. Everything was very relaxed. The accommodation was large, clean and had everything you needed. They were an eco friendly resort. Water filling stations around the resort etc. The restaurant had a good choice of food and there were plenty of things to do in the resort if you didn’t have any trips planned. The snorkelling off the end of the pier was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone

Great resort, and unbeleiveble cost.
the stuff give excellent service and take care of all our needs.
the rooms are basics, but dont need more.
the only problem is that you need a boat and van to get out of the resort, so you dont have choice accept eating at the resort.

Room Tip: take the bungalos rooms

So many amazing points to share! The hospitality of every single staff was amazing and outstanding! From the welcome band to the wait staff to the front desk and ground staff ! Words can not describe how we were welcomed so warmly. They went out of their way to meet our needs especially our food cravings!
We stayed at one of the cedar cottages and that was one of the best splurges - self contained room with a full bathroom and walk in closet and a back patio to hammock and swing around. Although the dining room was under construction the staff made us feel welcome - my best meal - halo halo and the crabs ! Free breakfast buffet plus an omellete station.
The hang out by the two eternity pools to the free amenities - kayak, sup board and snorkeling around was the best at your finger tip reach.
This resort has a small beach front and the sand is man made - FYI
For families traveling with teens - one drawback was the isolation in the evening when the resort was an island of its own. It rained on us for two nights and there’s not much one can do- thank goodness for free WiFi! Other than that enjoy the silent and stillness of the island
Tip- book your daily excursions directly from the front desk for island hopping - the resort will take care of you instead of outsourcing it from an outside vendor.
Three nights at the resort is a good minimum to truly enjoy the island laid back vibe.
If we can - we would have stayed longer - come for a day feels like eternity already !
