“Great location on a quiet holiday park close to the beach”
Reviewed 11 July 2017 for a stay in June 2017

The Hamptons was a perfect base for us to use whilst we visited Goodwood Festival of Speed and other attractions in West Sussex/Hampshire.
The Chalet is small but there is plenty of space to store things so once you unpack there is plenty of room. We stayed for 5 nights with our 2 dogs and they loved it. A fully enclosed patio and a 10-15 minutes walk to the beach was perfect.
The chalet is fully equipped with everything you need for a holiday. We didn't use any of the facilities on the site but there is a pub, take away, dog wash, laundry and more.
The site is lovely and quiet but in 15 minutes you can be on the Chichester bypass and out ready to explore the larger surrounding area.

“Excellent apartment.”
Reviewed 29 May 2017 for a stay in May 2017

On arrival you feel it is going to be small but it is so well laid out and furnished it was a really pleasant few days. Fixtures and fittings are good quality. Very clean. Very private and the courtyard is a lovely suntrap - nice breakfasts in the sun while we were there. Our only slight disappointment was not a particularly good view. Overlooked fields but a huge industrial building quite close. Overall well worth a stay.

“Great chalet on a quiet holiday park”
Reviewed 5 May 2017 for a stay in April 2017

The chalet is really well located and despite being a bank holiday, the holiday park was nice and quiet. The chalet is well-looked after, has comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. It was great to have our own garden space.

“Fanstatic location.”
Reviewed 17 January 2017 for a stay in October 2016

Stayed here alone with my small dog in October 2016, better than I thought. My bungalow/chalet was in a quite corner of this large holiday park, ideal for me. Very clean with a good sized double and a twin room. Open plan kitchen diner lounge, which open onto a small patio with chairs table and loungers. Only moan for me no music system glad I took my own, and only dvd player was in the double bedroom would have like to watch film on the sofa and couldn't watch t.v in bedroom as only dvd player would work in here. The park it self large and good walking area for dogs large pub/eating house but no dogs aloud a bit of a problem for me as wanted a drink and had to tie dog up outside while I went in yet place was empty. The beach is a short walk then on to Bracklesham bay which has shops and eating places. Will be going again as loved it and would recommend. Easy to book, clean tidy and a great base for beach walking.

Thank you very much for your review and comments. We will pass these onto the new owners of the chalet. We will advise them to get a dvd for the lounge. Yes the site does not allow dogs in the pub except guide dogs. There are tables and chairs just outside but appreciate that October it was probably cold for you.
See you again soon.

“Very cosy and great value for money”
Reviewed 2 May 2016 for a stay in April 2016

The chalet has a double bed and two single beds and easily fitted us in with our kids aged 8, 6 and 2 (we brought our own bed for the 2 year old). It is small but that is what we wanted with kids and the outside area at the back was safe for them to play in. We went out in the day and when we got back it was easy and quick to heat (we used £28 worth of electricity which is taken out of the £50 deposit). For an extra £20 you get the beds made up and towels so that is great value for money. There is also a washing machine. Stevie is very nice and helpful. When we went it was very cold and so the Holiday Park was very quiet. However in summer I think it would be nice with the pub and the pool and there is an adventure playground for kids. There was lots to see and do nearby (all within an hour in the car). Nearby is Earnley Beasts Birds and Butterflies - it had poor reviews on Tripadvisor but we decided to go anyway as it was so near (5 minutes away by car). It was ok but very poor value at £28 and other things are much better - for example Longdown Activity Farm (50 minutes away) was £30 and much much better - the kids really enjoyed it. We would also recommend a trip to the Isle of Wight on the hovercraft, Paulton's Park (if you can bear to part with £116 for two adults and two kids over a metre, but it also contains Peppa Pig World and so the younger ones love it), Marwell Zoo and Winchester Science Centre and Planetarium.

Visiting my son in nearby Chichester and wanted somewhere we could bring the dog, wasn't expecting much for the reasonable price paid, but was pleasantly surprised. A warm welcome by Stevie. Close to the sea and good walks for the dog. Hope to come and stay again.
