We go on about 6 UK holidays a year with our three dogs and I have to say, this is the best place we've stayed by far!
Fab location, amazing house, totally secure garden, need I go on...
We already booked for another three weeks before we left as was that good!
I really couldn't fault the place.
If you want a luxury house that is perfectly placed for tranquility and beaches yet also close enough for shops, etc, then this is the place. Just please don't let it be booked for the rest of my holidays next year!

From the moment we arrived, we had a fabulous time at this place with a nice welcome tray of wine, biscuits, tea and coffee. We were a party of 6 adults and a month old baby, and can say we all totally loved the place, very spacious with a huge garden that our 2 dogs loved. The bubbling hot tub was a real treat that we all used, except baby, every night. Very quiet and tranquil location, but only a short drive to beaches and supermarkets. Emma and Alex, the owners were very helpful from time of booking to all through our stay, and we left after a week feeling very relaxed.Thank you for a great time, will be seeing you again.

We had a fab stay at Tinkers Retreat! Would highly recommend for a family get away! We went with our little boy and our golden retriever and couldn't ask for anything more! Lovely garden with hot tub, lovely walks nearby for the dog and not far from the beach for our little boy :) such a lovely and clean place to stay! We have already re booked for September!

Really really pleased when arrived, even though there was no name saying tinkers retreat.house had everything we needed, but unfortunately we found it rather dusty having to de spider the bed rooms most nights( not a problem as in country) but the shelves and bathroom was dusty and the foot stool had many dog hairs. Overall a pleasant property

We loved our week here . As a family of Five with a pet dog the cottage met all our needs . Tinkers retreat is spacious and set in beautiful grounds . The hot tub was great and to come in on a cool evening and warmup by the wood burning fire was very relaxing .Good location for visiting both the broads and the seaside .

Me and my husband wanted a quiet place to escape to in Norfolk for a week..... And tinkers retreat is home from home!
From the moment I first contacted Emma to discuss this place the customer service was fabulous. She could not help enough.
Tinkers retreat is absolutely beautiful. On arrival we had a lovely welcome gift of wine, biscuits, milk, tea, etc waiting for us.
The place was immaculately clean.
The outside hot tub was clean with fresh water and a treat to use in the evening.
The location is great, very remote and quiet, and we had sea Palling, Mundesley and Cromer a short drive away.
We will definitely be back next year xx
