The owner has 3 fishing boats of his own supplying the restaurant. All 3 boats were in the little harbour when we were there.
Had the sharing platter for 2 which is supposed to be a starter but in reality with the accompanying bread makes an ample lunch for 2 and looking across at someone who had paid double for the 'main' didn't seem much smaller.
It said on the menu there would be mussels but there weren't any so I assume the pickled octopus that wasn't was the substitute, very nice too!
The fresh cooked octopus was spot on not overcooked like it so often is. The calamari was very good and lots of it! The large prawns were good but we've both had better; the real surprise were the fish fingers that let the dish down as they didn't taste particularly special given the price of the meal.
Overall a nice meal in a lovely setting but could have been just that little better to get a 5 star rating.
Service was very good but you can see they flustered when busy.
