I been in this hotel good service and attention. I recommended it. The restaurant have international meal as well as Panamanian. Near the commercial center the International Road and Santa Fe, you can go any other place.

Room Tip: The rooms near the swimming pool

We actually stayed at this hotel every two weeks for 5 months. So obviously we go to know many of the staff. The rooms are very spacious. There is a pool, but even after 5 months we could not figure out when the bar was actually open. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The bar is hit and miss depending on which bartender you get. Not many of the staff in the restaurant or bar speak English but they try to communicate admirably. The restaurant food is not consistent but the Spaghetti and rice dishes are pretty much winners every time. The restaurant staff is very Panamanian - meaning very slow. The staff has changed quite a bit in just the 5 months with Aris being the exception. She works the coffee bar in front of the restaurant. VERY FRIENDLY and VERY ACCOMMODATING. The hotel is modern looking, very clean and it was a great place for us to stay while transitioning to permanent housing here in Santiago.

Room Tip: The rooms facing the pool in the first building of either A or B have patios. Every other room on th...

I stayed here the month of its opening and rated it at 4 stars. I was there last week and it has slipped a bit. Service at the front desk was somewhat slow and confused. There was one young bartender working the bar and while there were very few people there, he seemed not to be able to keep up. The restaurant was again, very slow service though pleasant enough. The food, however, was not memorable.

This is still way above any other hotel in Santiago and I do recommend it .

Room Tip: Try to get a room facing the beautiful pool.

We stayed just one night whilst traveling to Panama city and wished we had more time to stay longer. The receptionist was helpful and efficient with a smile. The room was a good size and spotless with a nice bathroom en suite and air conditioning. The large pool with swim up bar was just outside and beautifully designed. The theme was, obviously Greek and all was white with the typical Grecian blue. Simply and efficiently designed with a lot of thought put into it. Staff generally were very nice, friendly and helpful. The restaurant was a reasonable price and good service but (not a big criticism) the food could have been a little better to compliment the hotel generally. It was fine but could be improved a lot. The bar was nice and again friendly staff. I was surprised that the prices were extremely reasonable compared to even lower quality hotels. Ample parking and easy access from the Pan-American highway. Will stay there again for certain. Oh, and the rooms are so quiet!!!

Room Tip: The rooms all appear very well located.

Very good hotel, pleasant staff, very clean and spacious rooms, all in the the "theme" of Mykonos in Greece: white and blue. Big swimming pool with bar inside. It is about 5 minutes before Santiago and a very good central place from which to explore the rest of Veraguas.

Room Tip: The rooms on the pool have a small terrace in front, perfect for the morning coffee

This is a fairly new hotel and looks modern. The grounds are attractive and the pool is very popular. Having said that, there is NO ELEVATOR and if you are not traveling light, it's a chore dragging your luggage up the stairs. I don't know if you can specify a ground floor room when making your reservation.
There was a wedding shower taking place while we were there, and the noise easily reached our room. The room was nice enough, but the A/C was inadequate. You couldn't leave it on unless the key was in the slot, so every time you went out, you had to start from scratch cooling down the room and that took quite a while.
The included breakfast was poorly replenished. The modest number of guests seemed to overwhelm the staff.

Room Tip: Ground floor if you have luggage.

This is the best hotel in the city of Santiago and its vicinity.

If you're driving late to Chiriquí from Panama City, it is a great option to stay overnight in.

It is an excellent hotel. Do not expect world-class standards, but they are by-far, head and shoulders above the other hotels in the area (Central Provinces).

The room was comfortable and clean, with free wi-fi (each room has a modem/router), A/C, and basic cable TV. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The breakfast buffet, which is usually included with the room fee, was good and plentiful.

The lobby and pool area are large and very attractive.

The hotel is located on the main freeway (Vía Interamericana) from Panama City, a bit distanced from the center of town. You WILL need a car or individual transport if you're interested in visiting Santiago itself. There is a mall being built within walking distance from the hotel, so there will be something close to walk to in the near future.

Room Tip: There are ground level, pool-side rooms if you are interested in lounging and taking in the sun.
