Visiting leitholm to stay at the Plough Inn.
What a treat. Sarah and David are wonderful hosts. Very accommodating. Food is lovely and the rooms are incredible.
Fresh coffee and cafetière provided, fresh milk in little flask bottles and real sugar. Fabulous. Attention to detail in the room also very impressive with plug for hairdryer next to the mirror. USB plugs.
Can definitely recommend a stay here.
David makes a mean limcello.

I booked this last minute, and the owners couldn’t have been more helpful. Lovely room, they were happy to be flexible with check in and check out times. Super comfy firm bed, great breakfast cooked to order. Couldn’t be happier.

I couldn’t recommend this b&b enough. A very warm welcome from David & Sarah was followed by a delicious meal. A great sleep in a very comfortable room was followed up in the morning by a delicious full Scottish breakfast. All in all, a very pleasant stay. Many thanks!

Real attention to detail here. Not only is it just lovely - fresh, tasteful, immaculate - but small touches such as flasks of fresh milk (no plastic pots), a good radio beside the bed, and a roomy walk-in shower make the difference, Decor is restful, the pub is great, the food is spot-on, and David and Sarah are the perfect hosts - welcoming, friendly and so helpful - for example, they provided somewhere to store my bicycle under cover. Only one problem - I wished I was staying longer, and that just doesn't work on a cycle tour! (But if you are touring the Borders by car it would, lucky you).
