This was the second stop of my cruise excursion after visiting the South Shore Zipline. It's a nice beach with the Fosters West Bay restaurant and bar. Our excursion group didn't spend much time here. Maybe an hour and a half. But I enjoyed the time. They had ESPN on the television. The bartenders and co-owner were nice, although I felt ignored in the beginning and had to work to get their attention to order a beer. But once I did they were very attentive, making sure that the beers kept flowing. As a side note the Honduran beer, Salva Vida is one of the best tasting beers I've had. A great discovery, but unfortunately I can't find them in the states. And they played great music. One of the songs I loved the waiter told me was Romeo by Aventhura but I still can't find it on internet searches. (I mention this because I hope they respond with the correct name of the artist). Anyway, Foster's West Bay is a relaxing and friendly place to hang out and if I lived there would be a regular stomping ground for me. I liked the whole casual vibe of the beach.
PS. My friend ordered the fish dinner and she says it was delicious.More
