“Very poor !”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 December 2012

I spent 1 night here for business (thank god only 1 night !!!). The quality of the room was very poor and did not seem at all clean. The heating did not work so was pretty cold at night. Mattress was very soft and uncomfortable. The staff were ok and efficient. Location not great to get into town as you have to get a bus first to go to the metro. Do not reccomend.

4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 June 2012

I stayed here with my daughter for 4 nights and we were happy with our experience. It is some distance from the city centre but it is easy to get there by metro; it is also easy to get to/from CDG or Orly by metro. Internet was free and the staff was friendly, lots of restaurants in the immediate vicinity to eat at even if you get back very late. On previous trips we stayed in the heart of Paris so we enjoyed seeing what life was like in a neighborhood outside the city centre. Would definitely here again.

We stayed in this apartment-hotel for a week and found it great value for money; clean room and handy location with direct access by transport to Paris. Will recommend and go back again

The hotel is quite far from the city center. It takes 5 min to go to the nearest metro station by bus and 25 min to go to the city center by metro. So, be prepared to spend minimum 1 hour a day just in the public transport.
We ordered the double room, but when we arrived they gave us a triple room instead. It could be ok, but the room was too tiny, very uncomfortable, without air ventilation, with stains on the walls, with dirty dishes at the kitchen, not fresh towels and problems with water at the sink in the bathroom. Moreover, there was a wifi only if you put computer near the entrance door, it doesn't work at all inside the room.
I asked to exchange our room for 3 TIMES! but every time they said that they are fully booked and they can't do anything. When I checked on booking.com, I found out that the booking is still available! So, the reception stuff was just arrogant and lazy, and they can lie easy in front of you face! Disappointed by service most of all!
The price of our room was 65 euro per night. For this price you can have a room in the family hotels inside the Paris if to book it in advance.

We got a room for 45 euro and it was fantastic value for money.
First of all, this is a hotel: for some reason, in Tripadvisor it is categorised as a "speciality lodge" but it is a normal hotel. I guess that the categorisation comes from the fact that there is a small kitchen in the room. To be fair, from outside it looks more like a normal apartment block and we were confused when our GPS took us there but once you step through the door, you are in a business hotel.
The hotel is quite far from the touristic centre (but that was not a problem for us). I believe that you can get there by bus and there is a bus stop just outside the door. The hotel has a free underground car park (it is recommended to tell the hotel you need a spot when you book).
The room is relatively large with the usual bits & pieces that you would expect. Perfectly clean. As mentioned, it has a kitchen and pots, pans, cups, glasses, cutlery, etc. are also provided. I could not see any air conditioning but we did not need it either. The room was facing a relatively busy road, so it was a little noisy.
We did not have breakfast there so cannot rate that.
Staff are polite.
All in all, a great find.
