1 review We stayed here for two weeks with our four children and had an amazing time. The cottage was immaculate and finished to a very high standard. Tan and Missy are extremely welcoming hosts and couldn't do enough for us. The location meant that we had loads to do, from beach trips to hill climbs, forest exploration, ice creams and more. An outstanding family holiday!

We booked Elmwood Cottage in July and were very very impressed.
The cottage is beautiful and the interior is to a very high standard.
The views from the private grounds was amazing...our children loved running around the 21 acres of open fields.
It was peaceful and perfect for relaxing, and It’s only a short walk to Captain Cooks Monument and Rosberry toppings.
The hosts Tan and Missy were brilliant. I Highly recommend this cottage - we’re definitely coming back next summer"

1 review Wow!! The cottage was great, the scenery was great, the walks were great, even the weather was great but they were all overshadowed by the incredible hospitality of Missy the owner. She made us feel extra special, delivered us some freshly cooked traditional Asian snacks when we arrived and even lent us some of her young children's toys as we'd forgot to bring any for our little boy. The cottage was spotless and had all the mod cons. The beds were really comfy, the big red settee was to die for. We spent 4 amazing days here walking out in the countryside, the North York Moors, the Beach, the local town and of course the local pubs (try the Blacksmiths Arm in Swainby-incredible beer garden with kids play area). A real gem of a find - you won't be disappointed ;)

1 review We really enjoyed our stay here, The cottage was beautifully decorated, luxurious and superbly equipped. Everything was extremely clean and beautifully presented. Very nice outlook and a good base to explore the surrounding area including Roseberry Topping. The hosts were warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Would certainly stay again Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

1 review Beautiful contemporary cottage, very tastefully decorated and complete with all mod cons. Stunning grounds and scenery too. Warm welcome from both owners who couldn't do enough to help. Plus the home cooked food was out of this world... Will definitely be staying again!
