Poppy & Primrose lodges were easy to find and the information provided was easy to understand. Jo was very understanding and didn't mind me phoning with silly questions. We booked both Poppy & Primrose and it worked out for us even if one couple had to use bunks. The facilities were top class; the little touches like flowers, chocolates and toiletries, the supply of kitchen cleaning products was fantastic. It would be nice if there was recycling at the lodges, but we couldn't find any - maybe a thought for the future. We fully intend to book again.
Comfy, cosy and clean lodge with everything needed for a short break. Only disappointment was that the pool was closed despite being advertised as opening at Easter. We have small kids and swimming is great for tiring them out. Wouldn't have booked here if we'd known. We accept this wasn't the owners fault so not marked them down.
Myself and partner had a wonderful 2 night stay in December last year, the lodge was perfect very homely warm and welcoming, perfect for a weekend getaway in a beautiful location!!
We had an exceptional time at Primrose Lodge.
Facilities were out of this world. So comfortable. The bed is so comfy, I was struggling to leave.
I fully recommend staying here, Blair Atholl is a superb place, however, this was topped off with a fantastic place to stay.
Great value for money. We will return.
I would give this 5 stars without a shadow of a doubt.
Thanks for allowing us to stay.
Just back from a lovely week at Primrose lodge. Jo and Dave have done a great job of renovating this place, it's so well laid out, decor is just fab and very welcoming - lovely additions such as milk in the fridge and flowers on the table - plus the sofa makes a great nest to watch the many DVD's from after a hard day out!
Having stayed at Primrose this year and Poppy lodge (next door) last year I can highly recommend both - proper home from home and owners are just great to deal with
