Popped in for a quick cocktail after a bike ride along the fantastic Annecy cycle path and the location next to the lake is perfect....unfortunately that was the only good thing we experienced.

It was early evening around 6pm but if you are open then you are open and you give good service or is that too much to ask?

The place was empty, but there was a lot of over elaborate directions of where we could or could not sit and then once we finally found a table they were happy for us to sit at, we were left with no menus for 7-8 minutes.

Finally the waitress arrived to take our order and I could ask for a menu. We quickly decided on our choice of cocktails and expected the waitress to take our drinks order fairly quickly.

Wrong, another 10 minutes passed while we admired the view, took some photos and waited patiently for our order to be taken.

The waitress was happily chatting to the only other customers in the bar and appeared to have forgotten we were there, so we gave them another couple of minutes and then walked out.

So I cannot review the drinks or food, but I can declare that this was the worst service I have had in any bar or restaurant for a very long time and I truly hope that I caught them on a bad day or at a bad moment as no business can give this lack of service to its customers for long before they go out of business.

The choices of food are limited, and the food is not so great. The fish is nice, the entrecote is not. Very busy place, but service is fast.

perfect location for a lunch next to the lake. It is a casual restaurant. Yet, the food is very good, service is great as well. Great location for all, by yourself, with friends, family and kids!

I ordered a beer and after 10min they told me they didn't have it. Then i ordered a second beer and also after a few minutes i was told they didnt have any. Then i ordered a cappuccino that was served 20min later. It wasn't hot anymore and very disgusting (sour) and small. Not a recommended place at all. Avoid.

Own a house in Duingt so visit this place whenever we are here.Think it's changed ownership the food is just as good as ever (could do with a couple more choices) not the cheapest but guessing the view is a premium.
