The hotel is located within walking distance from the port (300 metres), surrounded by olive trees and has free carpark, which is actually an issue for most hotels on the isalnd.
As this is a new structure, the rooms are clean and in good condition. Shower cabin is quite small and difficult to move inside.
Free Wi-fi throught the grounds.
Hotel is close to the main town,so you can walk to all the restaurants and shops. The island even has a pharmacy and ATM now.
As this is a family establishment, everyone is quite helpful.
Breakfast is quite basic, coffee, tea, poached eggs, cold cuts, cake, bread, jam & honey (supermarket brands).. would have preferred more genuine Greek products.
The island has fantastic beaches that require a car to get there (Simos is the best) and sun beds go for 8 euros (2 beds +umbrella).
The ferry to get the island from Peloponesse mainland is an 8 min. trip and costs 12,50 eur for 2 persons & car one-way.More
