the price was ok , but the pictures on the website are embellished , i didnt see no decorations in the room , everything is clean, lot of traffic in the street in the morning and you can't use any airco, but i was with two friends and we had fun without spending too much money.

It's a lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. Doesn't look like much from the outside but its actually really nice inside. Had a nice room with a big double bed and a big bathroom with a bath tub. Breakfast was great, lots of options and very tasty. However there is no free wifi and its 5Euros for 24 hours, which is quite expensive but there is nowhere near with free wifi. The only downside is that, although its only about 20 minutes walk from town centre, it located in not one of the nicest areas, not much to do around either or nice places to eat. They do have a small restaurant on site, however it didn't seem to offer much variety and slightly expensive.
The staff were really nice

helpful staff, good rooms, location for midi station leaves to be desired. but the price is right, has a restaurant that is a bit pricey. not much in the way of eateries. only a 10 minute get you to a shopping street with many restaurants. youll need a cab to get to midi station.

We stayed for 2 nights in late June 2014. We had 3 triple rooms, ideal for a group of friends. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was included in our rate and was what you expect on the continent! No egg and bacon here!
We were able to park our people carrier in the basement for a small charge.
The area is a bit scary at night but we had no issues, even went in a local bar on the way back and were made welcome.
The centre with sights bars and restaurants is a short walk away.
This hotel was a good base for our trip and would recommend it as such.

We stayed at this hotel only for one night and if you are in transit it's worth it.
From the hotel to historic center is about 20 min walk.
Also, Gare du Midi is about 20 min walk.
The breakfast is not excellent but ok, and the rooms are clean.
The neighbourhood is a little scary. There are a lot of Africans and Arabs who are living there. Anyway we don't have problems, but don't look for them :)
Wi-fi was 5 euro for 24 hours. It's worth it, it goes well.

Staff provided good service and information. Extremely dependable. Hotel is quaint. Less than 20 mins walk to Mannekin Pis, Bourse, Sainte-Catherine. Nearest underground station is Clemanceau, less than 7 mins walk. Additional internet charges. There are people near the neighbourhood to watch-out. Met two persons impersonated as 'police'.
