We got there a little bit early but the staff welcomed us and answered lots of questions we asked.
It's very convenient since Gare de Midi (Eurostar station) is close and the grand place is not far. Actually we didn't us subway for 3 days. Everything is within walking distance.

I loved this place! - the staff were fantastic - friendly and helpful to a fault. The apartment was great, plenty of space to relax in and a full kitchen. It's not a hotel - there are no eating facilities and the reception desk is not always staffed, the area is not great (it's right beside the Brussels Midi station) but when I arrived from London in the pouring rain all this was a blessing. The reception process was quick and efficient. When I go back to Brussels this will be where I will be staying.

The apartment is very near to the midi station, however, it will take 15-20minutes walk to the city centre. The room is very spacious, utensils are provided, wifi router is available in the room, also, there's a washing machine and ceiling fan in the living room. Its a loving apartment!

I stayed in an apartment room, and I was amazed by the modern convenience, facilities and space that came with the price (less than 80 euros a night). The staff were friendly and informative. The location is amazingly close to Midi/Zuid station (10 minutes walk only). It is in an area that is quiet at night, so sleep is certain! There are some downsides - it isn't near Grand Place, the area is not in a glittering neighbourhood (I did feel safe, but the quietness and the surroundings does make it eerie later at night), and the apartment is self-catering so no new linens, no rubbish cleaning - but OK for a short trip. The downsides I found are minor compared to the upsides, so I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I return to Brussels.

This hotel is conveniently placed about ten minutes from Midi/Zuid Station. Although this place is not in the best of neighbourhoods, it is simply wonderful.
I was warmly welcomed by Eric at reception and he was very helpful. I stayed here for two nights and paid for a single room and paid a total of €200 on Booking.com. He very graciously upgraded me to the suite which was like a studio apartment with a kitchenette, which was room 24. What a beautiful place!
Although the neighbourhood is not one of the nicest places, it is very quiet at night so you should get a very good night's sleep. There is a grocers across the street and the supermarket is at Midi station. The apartment was clean, very comfortable and greatly exceeded my expectations! Other transport links to get around Brussels are easily accessible from Midi station. Definitely a must stay if you are in Brussels!

Room Tip: If you are fortunate enough to be upgraded, room 24, the studio apartment, is simply wonderful!

I stayed one night here and liked it enough to book another night.

To start off, I booked the cheapest room but was upgraded to a large apartment room (with separate bathroom, its own kitchenette, plus lounge area). The bed (two single beds joined together, but not really noticeable) was extremely comfortable.

The room comes with free wifi that can be used in the room. You are given a code that lasts 24 hours.

The two gentlemen I spoke to that work here were both very friendly. One loaned me some guidebooks for Brussels and spent the time to teach me some French and Dutch that proved quite useful.

The hotel itself is located about 5 minutes walk from Brussels-Midi station, which is about 3 or 4 stops from the centre of town.

I arrived feeling down and looking like a wet cat but received a warm welcome and was brought to the most spacious hotelroom ever, that very much felt like home, as I prefer the more classic, warm cream and green tones to all the gray and white that is so much in fashion nowadays
Hence it only took me half an hour to feel human again and gear up for my appointment.
Everything worked just fine, bath was great, Tv set as well, heating could be adjusted at will, good matrass, good size bed, very quiet back room to sleep in.
Got this appartment at a budget price and so glad I tried it.
Traffic in front is quite loud, but windows are double glazed so no problem
Kitchen was fully equipped with microwave even.
No kettle indeed, but pan did the job.
Sorry I could not stay another night as they were fully booked already.
Very friendly and helpful staff though.
could be disadvantageous there is no staff during the night, but did not bother me during my stay

whenever I get back to brussels, this will be the hotel of choice for me!

Room Tip: take an appartment and feel pampered, my room was 16
