This is one of the best hotels I have ever visited! Services were amazing, rooms were clean and the food was extraordinary! We could not stop eating :) It was always delicious and fresh and varied every day. Animation program was great and animators become our friends. They really cared about the people, always trying to help and to keep the good mood. I have never visited the same hotel twice (as I prefer finding new places), but in this case I really consider to come back next year!

i really enjoyed being in hotel meryan during the summer season holidays . i have to accent that the food in this hotel is perfect and fresh. firstly i didnt like the place because it seemed like a big hotel with a smal area outside like the pool and the beach it was all there next to each other.but while being there i got used to it and loved it. especially the beach!

Hi!
We visited Turkey in the very beginning of the season and enjoyed the "not so busy" time down there. Even tho the hotel seemed to be fully booked by the time our week was over i didn't feel it and it didn't bother me.
I was there with my man, his mum and our 6,5 mnth old baby girl :) and it was perfect. During day time we spent nice time together, took a taxi to town twice, visited the local hotel spa, played volley, did pilates, morning gym, walked to the basaar, enjoyed the warm sun (we were lucky with the weather!), had some madly cold pool swimming and sliding from the slides (prrr :D) and in the evening me and my man had some nice time for ourselves in the lobby bar :) we had a big family room - it was perfect for our needs!

We want to thank the animation team and i specially loved the
Ukranian ballet girl (maybe because im ballet dancer also haha) who did the pilates and morning gym even with her sore foot. I hope she is doing better and hope we meet again. Never asked her name tho ;(

Anyway hope you are are having a great and busy season and hope to see you again!

English translation is below

Meryan - The perfect resort
We are a family of four, father mother and two almost grown up daughters (19 and 16). We have been at the hotel Meryan in the period from 7th to 14th of April 2014. , I chose to write the review on 12th April, a couple of days before our vacation was finished. The reason for this is the wonderful treatment we received from the hotel.
We bought our holiday via Wow Travel for a cheap price. It was an offer by Sweet Deal around the beginning of March 2014. We thank both Wow Travel and Sweet Deal for a great holiday at a very reasonable price.
Right on arrival at the hotel, we noticed the usual Turkish hospitality. The woman at the reception was very nice. Wow -Travel had obviously made a mistake, and shared our family in two parts, and there was booked two rooms for us. Coincidentally the rooms were on the same floor, but the nice woman in the reception, Tulay, promptly offered us perhaps the hotel's best suite, consisting of two large and beautiful rooms with a magnificent sea view and the lovely, beautiful, clean and neat garden with large and tall palm trees and a magnificent swimming pool. On the other side of the pool, there were a couple of smaller pools, one for children and one with cool water slides.
Our room (suite) was on the 5th floor and had a lovely big balcony with the most magnificent sea view and 2 smaller balconies also with sea views.
Our stay was included half board, breakfast and dinner. We arrived at the hotel around 17.30 and we did not have very high expectations for the food because we had bought the stay for a cheap price. Nevertheless, we were wrong ... The first meal at the hotel was a huge sumptuous buffet with many, many dishes. There were at least eight different chefs in a huge kitchen island or something like that in the middle of the restaurant, and they prepared different kinds of grilled food, wok dishes, fried dishes, etc., etc. In addition, there were a myriad of hot / cold and casseroles. There were many different kinds of salads made from fresh local ingredients. Everything tasted wonderful. Thank you to all the wonderful chefs who made some of the most delicious Turkish specialties. There was a fruit table, where there was a chef and shared / peeled fresh local fruits for the many guests, and mixed up some delicious fruit salads. There were almost any kind of meat. Several kinds of fish, both cooked fish dishes, grilled fish and fried fish. One of the 7 days we were staying at the hotel two chefs stood with a giant tuna, which was hung up in a rack. One cut great looking tuna steaks, while the other one grilled them on a grill plate. It was an experience to see and taste the tuna. It was simply one of the most delicious fish we have ever tasted. I can hardly describe the cakes, and there were so many different cakes that I have not even had time to taste a small portion of them. There was also variation in the cakes and food every day. There were a myriad of different kinds of bread.
A very good and positive experience that I find myself obliged to tell about was with the hotel's very committed leadership. I often noticed some of the management having a chat with the various guests to hear about the guests' well-being at the hotel. One morning, while I was at the reception to buy access to the Internet, I spoke with a man from the hotel management about the food. I told the man that I and my family often traveled on holiday in Turkey , and I missed a special Turkish dish from a Turkish town called "Sanli Urfa" (in Turkish the dish is called "chiga" or something like that ) . A little later in the morning , while I was playing ping pong tennis with my wife , Mustafa and a female colleague approached us and asked if it was okay that they disturbed us a little . They also asked if they could play with. He asked if we ate at the hotel the night before, and we said no because we were on a family visit to Istanbul. The man said to me that just the day before they had that special dish on the menu.
The same evening, shortly after we sat at our table, a servant came to us with a large plate "chiga" which was made especially for us. What a positive surprise! It was delicious, although the dish is quite simple with simple ingredients. Thank you to the hotel management for the special treatment.
The breakfast was also generous, and they served so many different things that we only managed to taste a fraction of the different food. Even the coffee was wonderful. It was machines that brewed the coffee, but the coffee was a super quality. I’ve only tried espresso coffee, and it was almost as good as the very best espresso, which are served in Italy.
The cleaning was perfect and our towels were changed daily and the rooms were clean. There was nothing to complain about.
I asked myself while I wrote this review, if there was anything negative to write about. Yes, the Internet connection was not quite good in the room when you used your mobile phone, but it worked fine on a regular computer. The hotel is not brand new, but everything works perfectly. We have not experienced any problems. The price of the upgrade from half board to All Inclusive is 25 euro per person per day. We think that this price is a little high compared to what the stay itself has coasted.
The beach is not particularly child-friendly. It is rocky and the water gets deep quickly.
The fitness room is not very big, but the machines are working fine.
There is a lovely, large indoor pool.
The hotel is almost unknown in Denmark, but during the week when we were at the hotel, there was many Danes, Spanish, Germans and other nationalities.
Therefore, both the hotel kitchen staff, front desk, especially a young woman, Tulay, and the cleaning is super. Therefore, I give five stars all the way through.

We arrived exhausted in the early hours from being pressurised on the coach to to pay double for the RSM tour we had been booked on. We intended to bail out altogether, but were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was efficient and booked us in quickly, and even provided a light buffet.
The light bedroomroom was spacious clean and comfortable and had a balcony overlooking a pleasant distant view, including sheep herds (if one ignored the large road between hotel and said view). Breakfast was an excellent buffet selection, including good coffee, orange juice and freshly made eggs and pancakes as one waited. We had refused the package deal so we did not eat other meals there, but were told they were good.
We spent a very relaxing day at the hotel, it is right on the pebbly beach (water still a bit too cold to stay in long) and has a swimming pool, plenty of loungers, café, table tennis, all nicely landscaped. The staff were polite and helpful and the prices for drinks and coffee not unreasonable.
It is situated in a long long line (miles of them) of similar type hotels next to each other on the shore. They must be all self catering, there were no little shops or restaurants. We walked to the 'bazaar', a couple of miles slog along sometimes broken pavements: we should have got a taxi! This sold mostly jeans, leather goods and souvenirs, all tourist orientated, there were no food or general shops.

I stayed for two weeks on all inclusive int this hotel. The hotel is quite far from the centre. There are very friendly animators , waiters and other staff of hotel.
First of all when you go to the sea , there are small waves and clean water with beautiful coast.
On the beach you can play beach volleyball or water polo for example.
The hotel is very good for family and children. There are a lot of programs for children.
By day you can work out , there are fitness instructors. Every evenings there are programs : theater with animators or funny show.
The food is very delicious and there is a big select of salats , vegetables.
Rooms are clean. The hotel has not any mistake, but around the hotel there is a much noise and rubbish. This is a small negative thing.
