“Lovely Cottage and Garden”

Excellent location with a lovely garden that was in bloom when we stayed. Walking distance to the Dilton Marsh train platform within 5 minutes walking with connections to Bath and beyond. Only a 30 minute drive to Stonehenge and Salisbury. Prince of Wales Pub just down the street that serves food on Thursdays through Sundays. Penny and her husband very friendly and helpful. Hearing the church bells through the open windows was very peaceful.

“A real gem in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside”

This cosy and quaint cottage was a real 'home from home'. An ideal location in the lovely, friendly village of Dilton Marsh, for exploring the nearby attractions of Longleat Safari Park, Bath and the Wiltshire countryside.
We had planned a last minute mini break and within an hour of settling in Old Orchard Cottage we were able to unwind and feel relaxed.
We will definitely be returning in the not too distant future.

Old Orchard Cottage is well placed to explore historic Bath and World Heritage listed Stonehenge, along with many other delightful places to discover. We particularly enjoyed the National trust listed Lacok village . The cottage is comfortable and very well equipped . Great for folk like us who come from abroad. Good value for this price range.
