Two families with a 2,5 year old and 8 month old babies. We had all inclusive. Food ok, service at the Ice Cream bar was indeed somewhat rude. In the restaurants service was nice and in the Tavern by the Sea, service was excellent.

A few shops, mainly copies of brands did not interest, but the hair saloon was nice and inexpensive.

Bamse club activities for kids were nice, but yet children activities only get poor rating from us. The reason: Pool area looked really nice, the only big minus was that the kids pool was not heated and water was only 21 degrees celcius, which was actually too cold for smallest kids to go into or stay in. Our baby could not even enter the water at all, even though at home we regularly go to the swimming hall with him. Wondered, if the water is warmer during the peak season.

Really liked the hotel itself, tidy rooms (we had our ground terrace room in block 5) and overall experience good. However, would not recommend this hotel to families with young (under 4 years) old at least not at the later part of the season. We would definitely come back again soon, if kids could enjoy warm pool - we do go to holiday to make the kids enjoy their life, too.

Dear family.

Thank you very much for taking your time to reflect about your holiday at Tripadvisor. We appreciate you taking your time.
You are wondering if the pools are warmer in the high season and they are. We have normally a steady temperature of 28 degrees in our pools at all times, but depending on the rain and weather situation the pool temperatures can change. We had rain 2 times in all of October and it affected the temperature. Also it is stated in the tour operators web page that the pools are not heated, as in all other hotels in summer destinations. We are very happy for your feedback and we will look into future possibilities.

Thank you once again for taking your time and we really hope to see you back here next year.

All the best

Family of 2 adults with a 11 year old and a baby stayed at Pascha bay for one week in October 2013. The hotel itself is very nice and clean, we were happy with our hotel room in block 6. However, the customer service was terrible. We had all inclusive and went to get drinks and ice cream from the coffee place and pool bar. The waiters were rude as they didn't even raise their eyes from the counter when we placed our order. They just took the drinks, slammed them under our eyes and turned their backs on us. When our 11 year old went to get a cola, the waiter ignored him and served adults first. The food was ok, but pretty much the same thing every day even though they had different themes every night. The one dinner you get to have at Tavern by the sea was the best meal we had and the service was great. All inclusive drinks: white wine was drinkable but the red wine was awful. We tried a few drinks on the list but all of them were too sweet to our taste. Ice cream selection was nice and it was one thing we ate alot during our stay.
The pool area is nice and we were lucky to have a hotel room close to the pool. One funny thing; people tried to reserve sun beds but the staff collected all the towels off if no one sat there at 9am. Same thing happened at the end of the day. All the sunbeds were taken by 10 am so you have to be quick to get a good spot. This hotel is really just for families, so much children and noise that people travelling without kids, you don't want to be there.
The scandinavian (Swede?) activitity person was lazy. The Turkish guy at game zone was the nicest person in the hotel. He was very nice to our 11 year old.
I wouldn't go another time due to the rude staff. Other than that I can recommend the hotel for families wi small kids.

Dear family
Thank you so much for taking your time to write about your experience during you stay in Pascha Bay on Trip Advisor.

We really appreciate your feedback and constructive comments and we will for sure reflect on your suggestions in our management team.
I am really sad to hear about your experiences with our bar staff. We will follow this very closely and see if others have the same experience and then rectify it.
For the sun bed reservations we are very consequent with taking the towels in the morning, so you do not have to get up too early to get a sun bed. We have enough sun beds for our guests in the hotel and there are always sun beds for everybody. Maybe not right next to the pool at 10:00, but then in second row 10 meters from the water line.
I will pass your positive comment about Mehmet Ali on to him - thank you very much.
Once again - thanks for your feedback.

All the best

Family of 2 adults with a 17 year and a 3 year old stayed at Pascha Bay.

Nice resort/hotel with nice rooms. (we stayed in block 5 on the ground floor)

Pool area and the beach is very nice and very close to eachother.
However there should be a limit of age on the kids entering the childrens pool.
There were several older boys (10-12 year old) who were running around in the pool and
sliding the waterslide spurting with waterguns. The younger children were very disturbed and the lifeguard did not do anything about it.

We had All inclusive for 2 weeks.
The Buffe restaurang is nice. The sallads and vegitables were fresh.
Loots of nice desserts as well.
The food was above avarage almost everyday and in good quality.
They have different theme every evening, e.g. Asian, BBG, Turkish.
The waiters work very efficiently, sometimes too efficient.
We hade not yet finished our meal before they asked to take the plates.
The sound level was rather high in the restaurant. It was almost like the cafeterina in High School.
One thing that we missed in the restaurant, they did not have any disposable bibs for children.

The shows in the evenings were very nice, on very high level.
The activities for the childern were not that great-at least not for our son.
Bamse and his friends showed up everyday around 5 pm to walk around the pool area and there was a possibility to take a group picture with all the kids. Nothing special.
We have stayed at SunWing Resorts several time and in comparison with Lollo And Bernie, Bamse and friends have a lot to learn.

We took the dolmus bus in to Alanya to do some shopping. Worked great. It took about 10 minutes. The busstop is just outsid the hotel.

Like other gests have commented, we were also disturbed by the smoking guests.
The sunbeds around the childrens pool were for non-smoking, however, 2 meters from these
sunbeds the garbagetrays were placed and ontop of these, there were ashtrays.
And also very close to the Poolbar, a few meters from the children´s pool, there
was a table for the smokers. Terrible placing of the ash trays.
Ofcouse the smokers must have a place to smoke at but far from the childrens pool and
also away from were food is served, in our opinion.

The plane landed in Antalya and the bus trip took 2 hours without any breaks before the first hotelstop. On the way back we had a stop about halfways. The trip back to the airport took about 1h.

We arrive just a week after the Shigella infection (38 children to hospital with diarea, etc).
Every day around 12 o´clock the staff had "Pool-Service and they informed about happenings of the day and also informed us guests that children who were not potty-trained must have Swimmingdipers. Our son did and many other kids as well.
BUT still there are parents who ignore this.
There were two "accidents" with in 2 days.
The staff took care of this immediately. The pool was closed for an hour and cleaned. Security guards were walking around the pool.
They handled this very swiftly and we were never affraid and felt safe the whole time.

The staff (mostly the younger staff) were very welcoming and polite. The waiters just loved our son and played with him and were very friendly!
(Ofcouse they were very nice to all the young children in the restaurant.)
There were few shops on the hotel area. The prices were ok on the bags and shoes.

A little sad is that staff is not speaking very much English. They know the most common phrases but nothing else.

All in all, the stay at Pascha Bay was very nice. We will recommend it to other guests. It is a nice place for families with children. We might even return next year again.

Nice resort/hotel with excellent rooms (newly renovated). Pool area and the beach is within "top 10" of what we've been to earlier.
We are a family with 2 boys at age 3 and 7. They loved the pool area and also the beach. We had all inclusive for 14 days and of-course you get tired of the same food the second week. Still, I would say the food was above average in taste and to my knowledge, - also in quality.

The surroundings outside the resort is nothing to talk about. There's nothing. 10 minutes bus-ride to get in to Alanya, though, and the small town: Konakli is not more than a 25-30 minutes walk from the resort.
We didn't do taxi rides - they may not even have seatbelts in their cars!

We did get VERY annoyed by all the smoking people on the hotel. People smoke more or less everywhere. Also at the sunbeds by the pool - with hundreds of small children playing around them. It seems like smoking grown-ups loose all empathy in regards to smoke among children when they leave scandinavia!? We were a bit shocked by this and must say that this was a negative side of the stay. You may find sunbeds by the baby poool, which is a non-smoking area, but that part is way too small for all the non smokers.

The Blue Village evening shows are ok, not more - not less. It's nice to sit and eat by the scene and watch the show.
The "Bamse klubb" and children activities are also ok, but absolutely nothing compared to SunWing Resort's "Lollo and Bernie" concept. Bamse and his friends are just not in the same league as Lollo and Bernie. Still - our children were quite happy with Bamse and his friends.
The plane lands in Antalya and the bus trip takes up to 2 hours. A very long trip after a flight of about 5 hours from Norway, with small children. There will be a stop about halfway, so you may buy some drinks and go to the toilet. The retour took no more than 1 hour, without stops.

We came home 2 weeks before the Shigella infection (38 children to hospital with diarea, etc). 3 of us got the same symptoms when we were there, but did not get that bad. I don't believe that the baby pool was the cause for infection, but still I have to say, I think this episode occured accidentally - we felt absolutely safe in all ways at Pascha Bay.

The staff is very welcoming and polite. Good service all over the place!

A pitty, though, that all dining places at the hotel/resort are outside. It is very hot in the summers in Turkey (37 +) and it should be a place where you could have a break from the sun/temperature every once in a while. That place does not exist except from in your room.

All in all, the stay at Pascha Bay was good. I will definately recommend it, but I also admit that we are not certain if we will return to Pascha Bay again.

Nice and clean hotel, friendly staff, nice pool and situated right on the beach (the water is not crystal clear as in Greece though). Fun activities and sports for all ages. Avoid all-inclusive, there is no way you will eat or drink that much, and also you probably want to go into nearby Alanya a couple of nights, where restaurants are nice(er). The hotel buffee gets boring, and the gluttony by already over-fed parents (and sadly, their children) takes away some of the appetite.

We went for a one week holiday. The food was great, the staff was great and the rom was great. The pool area was great for two little kids 7 and 9 years old. I ordered "all inclusive" and it worked out very well for us. Great shows in the evening. Wifi worked OK except around the pool area. My kids wants back here...! I recommend this hotel to all families with children from 0- 13 years old!

Room Tip: Block 7 is closest to the pool and the beach.

Hello, I've just got home after a nice vacation at pascha bay. We travelled a hole family of nine persons. In my family we was husband and wife with 2 children - 14 and 3 years. I've given it a 3 at service because my father in law had booked 3 rooms next to each other - because of the children, but my sister got a room in the other end of the resort! (There is only 2 alike rooms of this type on each floor) There was little help to get it changed - unless we paid extra! The two rooms was exactly alike, just in different levels. If it where Star Tours - the booking agency- or the hotel that gave us the misinformation about it- I don't know! We stayed in the room nearest to the beach in ground floor- which was so nice! Our room had been modernized- but I don't think that all rooms were.
I would recommend all inclusive because its easier to 'do' and the kids loves the ice- and the parents the drinks!!
In the all inclusive you get one meal for free in the restaurant by the tavern- but be aware that the theme is 'cosy meal' and therefore the children can get bored of the waiting time..
In the resort there are some shops like in alanya- if you can negotiate well, it's cheaper to buy things in alanya then at the hotel!
Have a nice trip!!
