We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks in June and had a great holiday, the rooms are really clean and the resort is spotless! The hotel is built on different levels so getting around with a buggy was difficult but not impossible and by no means had any impact on the holiday.
This an a ultra all inclusive hotel and you are never short of food or drink, drinks include beer, wine, variety of sprits, baileys & cocktails (Malibu is not included) food is served from 7am til 11 and then you can get food through the night rolls and soup.
The staff are so friendly and are always there to help, they are so friendly to the children.
We travelled to this hotel as a family which included 2 small children, the kids pool was a great place for them to spend the days in the pool, the pool bar is open from 11-6 and it serves drinks & food have fresh pizza's, chips, chicken kebabs, salad, bread, meatballs as well as a pasta bar that has fresh pasta to order. Ice cream is served from 1pm each day.
There is also a main pool that have a number of sunbeds available at any times, you don't need to rush down early to get a bed, the main pool has the animation team that have a number of activities that are played throughout the day, its good fun to watch and if you don't want to play they leave you alone. There is also a pool bar that serves drinks and burger & chips. There are towels available but they are difficult to get unless you get there early,
Breakfast is served in the main restaurant and they have a variety to choose from.
Dinner is served in the main restaurant and it can become busy at 7.30 when it opens but by about 8.30 it dies down, there is a variety of food served it does become samey but you expect that, there is 2 further al a carte restaurants that you have to pay to go to a Mexican & Fish, we only had the Mexican and there was no problem booking a table, the restaurant is actually just an extension to the main restaurant and the Mexican theme was a small cactus on the table!! The food was nice however the fajitas area served without tortillas and didn’t really taste like fajitas! But it was nice to get served and the other courses were nice.
The one main let down with this hotel is the rude European tourists, be prepared for them not to queue, and to push in at any opportunity!!, our attitude in the end was if you can’t beat them join them!!
We had a trip to Bodrum which we booked through Billy from Hong Kong restaurant came to the hotel and offered us a two way taxi service time to look around Bodrum & a meal with drinks, this was extremely good value for money and I recommend this to anyone, the market in Bodrum is a eye opener, be prepared to barter any opportunity that includes shops in the town.
There is a spa within the hotel which was fantastic; I can recommend the Turkish bath and massage.
Through the day and night photographers come and take pic and ask you to have photo shoot in the hotel gardens whilst I can’t knock the pics they are beautiful however they are highly prices, 7 euros per pic, the package deals are expensive, one of our party was told that they only accept card payments over a certain price (£45) however this is not the case!!
