“Beautiful settings, lovely hotel.”
Reviewed 3 July 2011

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks in June and had a great holiday, the rooms are really clean and the resort is spotless! The hotel is built on different levels so getting around with a buggy was difficult but not impossible and by no means had any impact on the holiday.
This an a ultra all inclusive hotel and you are never short of food or drink, drinks include beer, wine, variety of sprits, baileys & cocktails (Malibu is not included) food is served from 7am til 11 and then you can get food through the night rolls and soup.
The staff are so friendly and are always there to help, they are so friendly to the children.
We travelled to this hotel as a family which included 2 small children, the kids pool was a great place for them to spend the days in the pool, the pool bar is open from 11-6 and it serves drinks & food have fresh pizza's, chips, chicken kebabs, salad, bread, meatballs as well as a pasta bar that has fresh pasta to order. Ice cream is served from 1pm each day.
There is also a main pool that have a number of sunbeds available at any times, you don't need to rush down early to get a bed, the main pool has the animation team that have a number of activities that are played throughout the day, its good fun to watch and if you don't want to play they leave you alone. There is also a pool bar that serves drinks and burger & chips. There are towels available but they are difficult to get unless you get there early,
Breakfast is served in the main restaurant and they have a variety to choose from.
Dinner is served in the main restaurant and it can become busy at 7.30 when it opens but by about 8.30 it dies down, there is a variety of food served it does become samey but you expect that, there is 2 further al a carte restaurants that you have to pay to go to a Mexican & Fish, we only had the Mexican and there was no problem booking a table, the restaurant is actually just an extension to the main restaurant and the Mexican theme was a small cactus on the table!! The food was nice however the fajitas area served without tortillas and didn’t really taste like fajitas! But it was nice to get served and the other courses were nice.
The one main let down with this hotel is the rude European tourists, be prepared for them not to queue, and to push in at any opportunity!!, our attitude in the end was if you can’t beat them join them!!
We had a trip to Bodrum which we booked through Billy from Hong Kong restaurant came to the hotel and offered us a two way taxi service time to look around Bodrum & a meal with drinks, this was extremely good value for money and I recommend this to anyone, the market in Bodrum is a eye opener, be prepared to barter any opportunity that includes shops in the town.
There is a spa within the hotel which was fantastic; I can recommend the Turkish bath and massage.
Through the day and night photographers come and take pic and ask you to have photo shoot in the hotel gardens whilst I can’t knock the pics they are beautiful however they are highly prices, 7 euros per pic, the package deals are expensive, one of our party was told that they only accept card payments over a certain price (£45) however this is not the case!!

We stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks during this time we had an amazing relaxing time the staff were helpful polite and very friendly. We wanted a relaxing getaway and that was what we got we were ultra all inclusive although this did not include the a la carte restaurants or the disco these were extra, however we were never short of food or drink and never felt the need to use the a la carte restaurants anyway. On a saturday night the hotel had a gala night around the pool and this was fantastic entertainment well worth staying at the hotel just to see the mongolian acrobats. The biggest complaint that I have is the evening meal there was always lots of choice although trying to find a table was a nightmare it was like a cattle market the waiters could not work any harder it was down to the fact that the area was not big enough for the amount of guests staying in the hotel. During the day you could relax by the pool the entertainers Sabrina and omit were great full of life and laughter. All in all an amazing holiday great staff and great guests.

I would highly recommend the Baia Bodrum.
All parts of the hotel were clean and tidy with magnificent views of the adjacent bay. All waitors and bar staff were extremely friendly and always at hand. There was a great variety of food available every night, all of which was very well presented and very tasty!
The best part of the holiday was the fantastic Animation crew who organised the evening entertainment along with the pool games during the game. Always full of energy and with a smile on their faces. Despite the fact that they will come across hundreds of different holiday-makers during the summer period every single member remembered our names and were always up for a laugh. The evening entertainment far surpassed any other entertainment I have seen when abroad!

A Big thanks to Omit, Sabrina, Chucky, and the rest of the gang (sorry i forgot your names!)

You will never be forgotten.

Love

James, Liz, Darren & Grace x

I was at Baia hotel from May 31st till June 10 with my husband and two years daughter. We are really satisfied because hotel had everything that we imagined and needed. Comfort clean room with sea view, very pleasant and polite staff, big pools for adults and for children, small part of sandy beach good for kids, nice music, every evening entertainment, mini disco for kids, great choice of food. You can eat and drink during whole day, icecream too, you can use mini bar in the room - they recharge it daily. We really relaxed like we expected and enjoyed these 11 days. For sure we would go there again! Maybe the only thing that colud be different - I would expect free wireless internet, but there isn't. On the other hand, we didn't miss internet on our great holiday...

Room Tip: I think that block 3 has the best rooms.

We were in Baia Hotel in bodrum from 10/6/11 untill 17/06/11. We'd like the hotel design and the area. Good all inclusive formula, good service at the bars. But food could be much better with more variety, the room was never cleaned only our towels were replaced daily. Thats a shame especially for a 5 star hotel

Hi All, my wife and I are third time in this hotel. Hotel is find and this year they have Ultra All Inclusive system instead of All Inclusive they had before. Service is still good, rooms are still large and well equipped. The only disappointments there are Russian and Kazakhstan loud tourists with children. I would prefer to decrease the quantity of that people and increase the quality of West European older generation who are quite, polite and friendly.

We stayed at the Baia Bodrum in May and found it to be immaculate, Reception were helpful all the time we needed them which wasn't often.

The room was spacious with lots of hanging space for clothes.

The first night I was bitten by mosquitos and scratched during the night which resulted in blood on the bed, I went see the housekeeping team to appologise and within 15 minutes the lady brought me a huge tin of Raid which she left there the whole of our stay.

The food was delicious, every night a different roast meat or fish (the salmon was to die for). Towards the end of the holiday I could hardly rustle up and appetite as there was food available most of the time, Fresh Pizza, ice Cream, Tea and biscuits and Supper, all apart from the main meals.

And now to the Annimation Team, what a super nice group they were, so hard working and friendlt. They took the time to chat to us every night and keep us informed of what was going on. So, a special mention here to Umit and Sabrina well done kids.
