We found this place on lastminute.com and stayed for a week, all inclusive, in april 2013. We arrived at 2am to an enormous buffet, supervised by the endearing Mustafa who couldn't do enough even at this usually antisocial hour! Our room, although not huge was largely sufficient to our needs, spotlessly clean, and we awoke to a view over the pool and mountains from our balcony.

We proceeded to eat and drink our way through the week, profiting 3 times a day from the excellent, enormous buffet sampling the local specialities, beers and wines.... delicious!

The animation team were excellent, especially Charlie and Mehzat. They got us involved where we wanted to be, but left us alone and didn't pressure us when we wanted a little 'quiet time'!

Although perhaps not 5 star as you'd find in London, Paris or New York, the quality of food and service would certainly make us revisit this hotel, if we ever return to this region of Turkey, which although touristy, is well worth a visit!!

We went to relax, and relax we did!! One week was not enough!!!

My husband arranged a week at this hotel as a surprise for me and to chill out. This hotel was perfect for us as we did want to do anything but relax. We made some good friends and we were impressed by the staff, food and facilities. The entertainment was a bit limited. Our room seemed small to start with but it was adequate for the two of us and it was kept spotlessly clean with plenty of clean towels. It would have been great if the medium swimming pool was heated as it was too cold to go in even the spa one was cold. I had a couple of massages in the Wellness Spa and would thoroughly recommend you try one. The food did cater a lot for the german guests but there was enough choice for us and we even tried a few new things. The areas around the pools and the hotel where kept in good order and there were plenty of sunbeds but I think this could be different in high season. The staff did their best to speak English for us and this was appreciated. We would definately like to go again. A week was long enough for us as there is not a lot to do outside the hotel unless you want to go on trips.

we stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, all- inclusive. We had two different rooms and both were bigger than we expected. Bathroom was large, shower was fantastic. Hotel was very clean. Since it was low-season, there was only one restaurant , and the foor was great. A large saladbar, 2 different kind of soups, various hot meals.
The elevators are very small, but we used the stairs ( a way to lose the weight you're gaining by over-eating).
The beach at Colakli is nice, but we just went there for a stroll along the shore. It's possible to walk to Side ( about 10 km), but it's easier to take a dolmus.

Room Tip: rooms on the front have a sunny balcony, top-floor rooms are a kind of suites.

Beautiful location, large and nice beach, but over classified if you see the rooms: too small for five stars, extremely narrow bathroom and no possibility to keep the air-co running when being out. It shall be hell during the season! No way going there in the summer, you'll kill yourself by slow cooking!

Room Tip: Maybe a suite would make it better in terms of space, but I cannot be sure because of the air-co policy.

Hotel: The main building is spacious with rooms around the center, but the most are reached by a long "tunnel" with an elevator in the middle. All elevators are to small for group-arrivals. Many guests complained about chilly rooms as AC for heating was not in function. Overall the public places and rooms are very clean. The big garden, with trees and different pools, is very beautiful and there is a big poolbar. The main bar with a long flight of stairs is not reachable for disabled persons.

Restaurant: A huge all you can eat local with tables in the center and the different kind of bread, salads, cured provisions, hot dishes, and a station for frying pancake and egg , deserts are all along the walls, so there will be a lot of going around. In season there is also a turkish restaurant. A complete range of dishes in all groups, especially deserts at dinner is gigantic

Staff: very friendly and helpful. Few waiters and bedmakers understand english and german. language

Room Tip: Avoid rooms 5013 - 5019, maybee more in -1 level, especially in summer because lack of view and sky.
