Really enjoyed the rest, we had a good room, the food and drink was good, loved the beach which a mini bus was supplied, but we enjoyed the short walk, the food on the beach was also nice, always sun beds available on the beach or by the pool

Spent a week here with my family, 5 adults, in the beginning of May.
At first I thought the hotel was OK, but it definately grew on me.

Food: the best I've tasted - the chefs have overdone themselves - you should not miss out!!
Rooms: Nice rooms with a good pressure in the shower! Not happy about the hotel only giving out one room key per room, but it was livable.
Hotel: New and good looking
Location: 10km outside of Side, but never really a problem. We jumped on the Domus (1,75Euro to Side per pax or 1,25 Euro to Komkay (shopping district)) - it really wasn't a problem getting around and the drive was about 15 mins to Side. Also some small shopping places around the hotel as well.
Hotel has a shuttle to the beach, perfect - even if you can walk there also in about 10 mins.
Service: Good service, not pushy. Very nice guys and women working there!
Had a couple of issues regarding one of the bust boys in the restaurant - it is not funny to try to "steal" mine or my mothers bag for fun or going around clapping in my ear while eating.
We were also a nice gang playing volleybal at the beach, and this animation guy kept playing with us and took some fun out of the game unfortunately - he also said to a litle girl that she couldn't play with us since she was not from our hotel, but it was ok for him and for another turkish local seller from the beach to play??

All in all, a very good hotel with good amenities and i would actually return.

Thanks for the best food ever!! :)

Room Tip: Ask for a room not facing the high way.

On arrival we were greeted by the friendly staff, who were only too happy to assist us. Our bags were taken to our room promptly. Our room was a very good standard overlooking the pool area; we had a basic family room with bunk beds which was ample. May I add that everything was spotless and of nice décor. The pool area was very nice; Sun beds could be reserved from 0800 in the morning. The hotel have a policy that if a bed is left vacant for more than an hour then the towels are removed and taken to the pool bar. On the first day as we got up late, we watched a couple of beds that had been left for over an hour and a half, I asked a member of staff If I could remove them, he said that the people had probably gone to the beach and would try and get some more sunbeds, but as it happened we managed to get some a short time later, and didn’t have a problem the rest of the holiday. The food was great, something for everyone, themed nights (Turkish and Chinese) and the staff dressed accordingly, nobody got a stomach upset like we did in Egypt. The kids ate well; there were additional dishes such as spaghetti bol, lasagne and chips, sausage etc. if they didn’t want to eat the normal buffet range. The waiters were spot on, always on hand getting drinks, very friendly with the kids especially Ramasin. The Head Chef was always in front of the main counters, checking the food; everything was stocked well, well presented and very tasty. We often went to the beach bar for lunch as there was a regular 5 minute shuttle from the pool bar, you could stay in your beach wear, and there was a nice atmosphere sat eating overlooking the beach with a beer (Effes). At 3 o’clock in the afternoon, you could have ice creams, either in a tub or in the cone, and at 4 o clock it was coffee and cake! The all-inclusive drink was served until 11 o’clock in the terrace bar, and then 1200 in the downstairs bar. We didn’t try the spirits as we stuck to the local beer and wine which was fine. I believe you could have Jack Daniels and branded makes at extra cost.
The entertainment team were good, again a lot better than Egypt. One night we had a Russian dance troop entertain us which were very good. Often there would be a lady playing a piano in the lobby bar, she was good but looked a bit miserable. All in all we had a great holiday; the only thing it lacked was not having a travel rep, as we booked through low cost holidays. We were told that Thomas cook used to be there, but now the hotel was filled with mainly Dutch and Germans. We only saw two other British families, but that’s not a bad thing. The nice lady on reception did say towards the end of our holiday, that if we’d have wanted to go on any trips, she could have organised this for us.
We will definitely be looking at going back and recommend this Hotel and Turkey to others.

Room Tip: Ask for a pool view room, the prayer calling is louder in the night if your room faces out.
