Went there with my family after 8 days in Thailand. Until this we´ve only experienced good to excellent food cooked with a bit of love and interest.
We discussed the idea of eating in a beer garden but the guitarist playing was good and the restaurant crowded. The head waiter who initially took care of us was very friendly and seemed knwledgeble. Bu after that we experienced waiters who seemed to do their first day at work and then the food was absolutely bland. Like eating deep frozen food cooked in the microwave. Maybe a little exagerated but truely bad. And for the first and only time we all had a touch of TD, not recommended for eating but do go and have a drink and listen to the music .

This is a solid beer garden kind of place. Pick your food, get a beer, and plan to wait a very long time. We ordered some baileys for my mother in law, which was curdled and gross and my sister in law got a mojito, which was similarly weird. The staff seemed unsurprised by our pointing out the rotten milk - they didn't even throw the bottle away! It took 40 mins to get our check but again - that could be fine if you were just there for beers and grilled seafood.

Wonderful surroundings and great food but the whole place was let down by one waiter. Unfortunately, he's the one who speaks English. We waited 90 minutes for papaya salad and tom ka gai, when asked how much longer we would need to wait, we were told he only had two hands. The table next to us ordered cocktails, he shrugged and told them to go make them themselves. He finally slammed our order on the table and aggressively asked if we were happy now. Such a shame, the rest of the staff were lovely.

The atmosphere here is great, with live band and lovely lighting. However, the service is very slow. This is due to the fact that this restaurant is quite large and there are many customers. Also, the staffs command of English is poor.

I ordered my drinks (mango lassie/water) and it was forgotten and I had to remind the staff of my order. Drinks arrived after 25min. Food arrived 37 min after order.

To end on a positive note, the food is pretty good (recommend the grilled seafood).

Very nice place for barbecue, come early if in low season or you risk only getting the leftovers.
Nice owners, nice location, very fresh food. I recommend especially the fish and the spare ribs, yummy!
