went the first time with 2 of my grandchildren. who fed the giraffes. there is plenty to see with raised wooden decking walkways. the cafe is large and there is an area where you can have your own food, which we used
there are animals wondering freely around, an emu and colonies of lemurs. well worth the money and would go again

We visited last October half term as it was fantastic. The animals run round you. Obviously not dangerous ones just cute ones. Well worth a visit. Collect clubcard vouchers and pay that way. It has enough to keep kids of vastly different ages (as we do) entertained.

I totally love this place. I have visited many times and loved every single time. We travel from Scotland and it so worth it. We made a visit on Saturday and the weather was so amazing too. I don't know what my favourite things at the park cos their so many. Their so many different animals to see. Bears, giant otters, hippos, rhinos, giraffes lions, leopards, tigers, monkeys, penguins, fruit bats, rabbits, birds and many more. The have an awesome lemur enclosure where u can get VERY close up to them cos their running about freely. The cat feed at 3.45pm is a must. WOW. Even the cafe is an amazing place to visit. The food is fanatstic value and taste delicious. You can even feed certain animals (additional fee) We even were lucky to join in the 18th birthday celebration for the park which will worth the travelling. We got to meet the guy who put this park together and also got him to sign his newly published book. Only negitive is the entrance sign post could be better displayed. We almost drove by it. LOL. I would say my overall view is it is great value for money.

This was an up close and personal experience with the animals. It is the first time that I have been able to walk along a route which allows you to see the Tigers face to face as they lie on the platforms waiting for food! The day we went the weather was very wet so make sure you have a raincoat as there are not many sheltered places. Could do with better signs to help you get there and if you are looking for something on the scale of Chester zoo you will be disappointed. I feel that this however is a more personal experience. Great for the budding animal photographer.
