Wow, was our fist reaction when we walked into this beautiful villa, we literally dumped our cases and took off exploring the place. Rooms are bright, well decorated with lovely furnishings and very comfortable. Air conditioning in all of the bedrooms and living room, well stocked utensils and crockery, everything we needed to cook breakfast and snacks, fabulous pool and outdoor space and gorgeous views out to sea. Really comfy beds too.
There were 2 of us in 60's, 2 forty somethings and 2 17 year old. Wifi, pool table and Love Island catch up were appreciated by the young ones and kept them entertained when not in the pool. Tias is a lovely quiet village, we visited here last year (stayed in a different villa) and loved the friendly people. The supermarket has everything you need, there is also a British shop called 'A Little Bit Bazar' which sells lovely pork sausages for breakfast as well as a range of other favourites. The village is a short walk of about 5 minutes max up a small incline and has some lovely places to eat and drink. Our favourite bar is Luna Nueva on same side as Supermarket just a little further along the street, they also do English fish & chips every Friday with massive fresh fish and it's very cheap. Saturday has live music and everyone gets up to dance. There is also a fab bakery just opposite this bar and it's even open on Sundays.
No noise pollution from aircraft, very quiet residential area and well looked after. Taxi into Puerto del Carmen arrived a few minutes after booking (most of the time) and only cost about 8 euro each way for a five or 8 seater cab.
We found Peter was super to communicate with, very helpful and generous and his manager Dean who popped in on our fist day was also a top bloke who went out of his way to make us feel welcome. This is the only time we have ever re-booked the same villa, the pictures really don't do it justice as there is a top of the range new en-suite bathroom, new aircon installed in the bedrooms and there is major works planned with a new kitchen, pool area and new family bathroom, no expense spared, We were really impressed and just can't wait to go back next year.
We were a party of 6 ,4 adults and 2 teenagers. We cannot thank Peter and Sharon enough for allowing us to spend 10 days in their amazing Villa. The outside space is well equipt with a sun lounger for each of us ,and the pool table was well used as was the very large pool.Inside, the kitchen had everything you would need,(home from home and all spotlessly clean).I cannot fault a thing, fully air conditioned which you only need occasionally. The beds are very comfortable, free wifi, and a large TV for catch up.We all wish we could of stayed longer I have never felt so relaxed.Supermarket not far 5 mins away as many small restaurants and bars.We look forward to returning in the future if you will have us.Thank you again we highly recommend your beautiful Villa.
We've recently returned from an 11 night stay at villa vispera. It's absolutely superb. We are a couple in our late 20's with an 18 month old. Peter was brilliant to deal with, returning emails very quickly and was great supplying us with a cot and high chair. We also dealt with dean the property manager who was very pleasant and easy to deal with. It was our second trip to Tia's. Tias itself is a lovely village just a short walk away with all the amenities needed. We went to a few restaurants and highly recommend la posada. We hired a car as we wanted to explore more this time but a car is definitely not essential. The Villa is very well equipped with everything you could need, especially the kitchen which had pretty much every utensil you could think of. We got a lot of use out of the BBQ and pool table. Tv is brilliant, with every channel you get at home. The villa is set in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac with brilliant views (the pictures don't do it justice). If we had the very slightest constructive criticism then maybe a welcome pack wouldn't go amiss as we arrived late on a Sunday and had to go out to get 'the basics'. We will definitely be returning here in the near future and would highly recommend. 10 out of 10 from us.
We've recently come back from a 2 week stay in Villa Vispera - wow what an amazing villa this is. We've never staying in a villa that is so beautifully furnished and well equipped. If like us you want a relaxing couple of weeks in the sun this is the place to be. Its in a very private area so perfect for those relaxing tranquil days by the beautiful pool. The wifi in the villas is quick and we very much appreciated Netflix and UK TV being available on the mega TV's for those late night films. Its in a perfect location, we hired a car from the airport but you really don't need one as the town of Tias has some great restaurants and bars. We eat in a couple of nights, shopped at the local supermarket and we had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen, we didn't use the BBQ area but will defo use this next time. The town of Pto del Carmen is only a short ride away on the local bus which runs regularly from Tias for those who want to venture out. Looking forward to going back again already.
We have just left this beautiful villa, which was everything we hoped it would be!
It was spacious, light, airy, clean and very well equipped! Exactly as it looks on the photos! Not overlooked at all!
The pool was big, clean and warm, the views lovely too!
The location was perfect for us, a short & easy walk to the local supermarket! A few bars - we loved Neurvo Luna as the staff were so welcoming and the food was great too! Also the tapas at La Ermita was amazing too! All an easy walk away from the villa! A lovely quiet town with all the amenities we needed walkable!
Taxi to Puerto Del Carmen was easy, quick and cheap 8 Euros
The communication with Peter the owner and Dean the property manager was first class! From the moment of booking to questions before and during our stay, they were very quick to respond and obliging!
We will definitely be returning to this lovely villa!
