If you have a chance to end up in Tias, try this restaurant.
We have been there on July '14 at around 1pm and it was pretty empty. Soon we realized it was not a typical restaurant for turists but rather a tapas place for local people.
There were about 15 - 25 selections of tapas with cost ranging between 2 to 4 euro.
The decoration of the restaurant is very nice and the staff have basic understanding of English.
