I've been here before but didn't want to push the boat out on first visit. It was good the first time so I returned this week and tried the Rashmie kebab to start and then the Chicken Jalfrezi for main course. The best I've ever had. Friendly service, and resonable price. Thanks Joe!

Looking for a venue for five of us for Sunday lunch. The two courses for £5.95 offer sounded too good to be true but not the case. We were very pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. We have too many Indian restaurants in Coventry, all looking very stylish now, but we are very rarely impressed by the food. This restaurant not over-styish (but clean and acceptable) but food was excellent. Around 10 choices for each course, which is plenty, and starters came with a shared bowl of salad and lemon wedges. I chose the alloo on puree and then chicken sagwala (with spinach) for main. Large fresh nans or rice included in the price so five of us shared 3 rice and 2 nans, which was plenty. Everyone else enjoyed their food and all had individual flavour - again not always the case.
We will certainly return soon.

Coming here for years...one of our favourites.Staff great and welcoming. Extensive menu and very tasty food. Cobra on draught, but can bring your own drinks! Have a spare room for functions where they will accommodate you with a reasonable buffet,
