Just spent 3 nights at Annora House. Brilliant location close to train station. Great pub food at White Horse. Dawn is a fantastic hostess. Breakfast is lovely & plentiful. Rooms are nicely decorated & clean. This was our second visit & would recommend it to everyone. Will return. Very good value for money. Thanks again.

Me and my Friend stayed here for 2 nights while doing a show at the NEC Comic-con. This is such a lovely B&B , so well looked after by the owners. Fantastic attention to detail in the room, bathroom and breakfast area. A real home feel about it makes you feel comfortable and well looked after. By far the best B&B ive stayed in for a long time! , A*****

Can't understand the rave reviews about Annora House. No one has mentioned the miniscule basin in the bathroom which is the size of a piece of toast and the fact that no-one can see themselves in the mirror to wash /shave put make-up on etc. Most frustrating. All brown tiny bathroom which is dingy and uncomfortable as you can't see. Bed linen etc & general appearance is not spotless & reviews are misleading. Room is very compact and limited wardrobe space if staying for more than one night. No drawers only baskets! Have stayed at much better B&B's would not visit again.Caveat emptor.

An immaculate B&B close to NEC. Dawn and family are so welcoming. The rooms are positively plush, with a contemporary style.Comfort and cleanliness to a high standard.
Breakfasts are wonderful. Regarding location, the Annora is situated in walking distance from a great Indian and some friendly pubs.
Just what we needed each evening after exhibiting at NEC.
Thank you once again for a relaxing stay!

Room Tip: All the rooms are lovely. I tend to have the king size, but if you wanted to spread out there is a s...

This is my second visit to Annora whilst on business at a trade show at the NEC. Dawn is a good host and nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are fully equipped clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and for evening meals I was very happy at the White Horse nearby. The train station is a very short walk and takes you directly into the NEC...very handy! Already booked again for next autumn. Thanks Dawn.

Recently spent own overnight at the Annora and both the accommodation and service was first class. The hosts made every effort to ensure that we were looked after and the friendly informal attention made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Will certainly return any time I am visiting the area.

Room Tip: Judging from the other reports there are no poor rooms. Our room was spacious and well appointed.
