Love the view from my room, it was relaxing. Service a bit week & specially in the restaurant. As a relais & chateaux the service is very week. I would rate this hotel as a 4+ Star hotel. The gym, spa and swimming pool facility is excellent.

Checked in here this week with two colleagues. Great rooms and initial impression was good but went downstairs to be told that restaurant was fully booked (fair enough) and so ordered from the bar. Horrendous service - two meals arrived after 50 mins and I had to wait a further 25 mins for my bowel of pasta! Asked to see the manager (I really don't normally complain). He was just awful at sorting the problem out. I get that restaurants get busy and maybe we were unlucky with timing but that is where a good manager comes into his own. This guy, Yannick, did not. He let down both his hotel and the relais and chateau brand. I ended up refusing to pay for dinner (which he agreed to) but there was no grace, no apology, nothing. To be honest, a glass of wine and a sorry and I'd have been happy. Anyway, a classless place which I would recommend you do not stay at.

Jiva Hill Park Hotel is one of the best expereince i have ever had. It is unforgettable stay. the hotel has great location and very quite with great mountains view. You can reach Geneva and divonne les bains within 10 minutes driving.
The hotel was very luxury. I like everything there. The hotel has lovely restaurant with good service.
The hotel staff was very kind people. They were very gently during the check in and check out.. they will make it within a minutes.. so super.
The accomadation i had was very luxury suite with mountain view and warm jacuzzi.
Of course, i will visit the hotel again.

I was there for a seminar and the rooms were excellent. The service was also very good. I could see the mountains from my room. The toilet area could be slightly bigger and better given the size of the room and the property. Asian travellers, may however, miss the attention to detail that you get in hotels in the region. A traveller in Asia staying in these kind of properties can actually forget to get his toiletries etc. Here you do not expect to have things like shaving foam and toothbrush or toothpaste etc. You may probably get those if you ask. For leisure travel, I guess it is a place only if you are there for skiing or golfing, else it is nowhere close to public transport and there is nothing to be done around.
The croissants were fantastic and they just melt in your mouth. THe breakfast spread was also very decent with vegetarian options as well.

Delighted that you appreciated the beautiful environment of the hotel, be sure we consider your opinion with utmost attention.

Despite appearances, the resort is not only appreciated by skiers and golfers but also for example by people who want to visit Geneva without staying at a hotel downtown. The public transports are 3km away from the Jiva Hill and we do have a shuttle which is at the client’s disposal. We also offer our visitors to do some water-skiing on the artificial lake or just go and walk for hours in the wonderful landscape of the Jura mountains.
Finally, we also welcome the ones who are looking for well-being and relaxation moments at our spa.

Second visit to Jiva Hill Park Hotel and this place just rocks my world - we've yet to find anywhere even half as good as this. Yes it can be pricey, but you get what you pay for and actually at certain times there are some really cheap deals. I would say if you see one - book it immediately. The rooms are amazing - total darkness when you close the special electronic blackout blinds, a bed you could sleep for a week in it's so comfortable, beautiful bathroom with large show and double person bath, magnificent views. The facilities are just as good - free tennis and equipment, free bikes, swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, hammam, gym...lounging outside in the sun was the best day I've had all year. This place radiates peace and quiet. With only 26 main rooms and around 4 junior suites, I think it only takes around 50 people when it's full, and even then you rarely see many other guests around the place. You get the feeling you are the only guest, and the service from the staff is second to none - and that is very special indeed.
