Well-maintained property with fully equipped kitchen & private garage.
Safe neighbourhood with many nearby restaurants & Woolworth's, all less than 5min walk away.
Very convenient location, nearby bus stops with buses that go into the city in less than 30min.
Only gripe is that there's no A/C in the 2 smaller bedrooms; only had a standing fan for those rooms so summer might be an issue.
Overall stay was very comfortable; would definitely stay here again.

Carly was excellent and the accommodation was very nice. The master bedroom is huge and everything clean. Lots of great cafes nearby.

Stayed here for a week and had a great time, the location was excellent and the facilities tremendous. Would recommend these units to all, the manager could not have been more helpful.

Our Stay at Burswood Rise was a great choice, not only because the accommodation was very clean spacious and new, but it was very good value for money considering we were a family of five. The location had shops and a supermarket no more than a five minute walk away which was useful.
My initial enquires and questions were answered right away and the Manager could not have been more helpful while we were there.
I am very happy to recommend staying here !

We liked this place very much. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, I would recommend this place for a stay at Perth.

Immaculate 3 bedroomed townhouse furnished and equipped to a very high standard. In quiet location but very close to regular and frequent bus routes to Perth city centre. Exceptionally spacious and ideal for a family stay. Carly, the manager, does a wonderful job and is highly efficient and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending Burswood Rise. It provides exceptional value for money. Also close to a supermarket and various food outlets.
Deserves its highly recommended status.
