My friend and I attended a conference in Perth and extended our stay for a bit of sight seeing so we wanted to find some good self contained accommodation close to the venue. We chose Burswood Rise after reading a number of reviews and were definitely not disappointed.
These townhouses are well appointed, spacious and immaculately clean. There is also a lot of privacy for the tenants which is difficult to achieve in these developments.
The apartments are ideally situated for visiting the region especially if you have a car and have a roomy 2 car garage attached which is a bonus. You are close to public transport, grocery shopping and a large number and variety of restaurants within a couple on minutes walk.
Carly was a pleasure to deal with - organised, very friendly and the communication prior to arriving was excellent. She keeps the townhouses in excellent condition and ensures that they are very well stocked with essential items when you arrive (better than some other accommodation I have stayed in). Carly was always happy to help with any queries and ensured we knew how to contact her during our stay if we needed to.
I would definitely recommend Burswood Rise to anyone who was looking for somewhere to stay in Perth especially if you wanted a bit of extra room and the ability to cook your own meals while you were staying there. It was less expensive to stay here than many other hotels and excellent value for money.

It is hard to know where to start with this review of the accomodation as it was fantastic. The cleanest accomodation I have ever stayed in! The location was brilliant. Hardly broke out in a sweat with the very short walk to the shops and coffee strip. The space in our unit very generous. The air conditioners worked a treat. It had a very homely feel with the little extras such as paintings and knick knacks on display. I loved that there was an private patio area - just wished we had taken a few extra outside toys for the grandies. Great instructions on how to get into our unit. Thanks to the wonderful manager Carly for making us so welcome. We will definately stay again.

The town house facilities are perfect for a long or short stay and the location excellent for a short trip to the city and the local trains/ metro/ bus services, the airport is also a short cab ride.
Carly the manager looked after us all and went out of her way to make sure our stay in Perth was amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Burswood rise . The location is excellent and is very close to woolsworth shopping/super market; along with a whole choice of restaurants and takeaway places.
The villa is spacious, tastefully furnished and fitted with all the amenities. Rooms are big, bright and comfortable. Superfast internet and wireless availability in all rooms. Children enjoyed ( what they are good at ) streaming and playing games.
Over all a great stay. Thanks to Carly ( the Manager ) , who is super friendly and available at all times for help and support.

Had a lovely stay and found it very convenient to get around. Shops restaurants and bars walking distance which was convenient. The townhouse was well appointed and everything you needed for an extended stay! Wish we stayed longer. We stayed 5 nights and the only thing that was my concern was not being able to change my bath towels and linen more often, but I guess that's what the washing machine was for. Unless I missed extra that may have been stashed away somewhere. As there were 5 of us, and it being winter, it suites us just fine. Carly Hinds was very helpful with securing the booking and keeping in touch all the way to our arrival with detailed information on how to get there, how to get your house keys, how to use the appliances etc. Great holiday and will return!
